Jävla Oflyt-Tarren Mill horde was a guild i was in since the start of Uldir, Newly established we all had common goal to get cutting edge,we had an amazing team and we ended up getting world 766 on G´huun. 1 day after nerf sadly. so we went very positivly into the BoD tier. we had a steady pace. got alittle bit stuck on Mekkatorque cause of poor performances. Downed stormwall relativly fast and then we went onto Jaina, i stayed for around 150-200 pulls then i had to step down from cutting edge raiding cause my son was born, had to prioritze real life alot more. also i was unsure of how i would balance it,cutting edge raiding and a newborn baby, this led me to Silvermoon, just decided to level a shaman for the fun of it and it led me to the guild called Minut,this was a casual raiding guild one of my in real life buddies was in. so i tought to my selv what the heck, ill try some casual raiding where i could go and play as i pleased and ive been here ever since, mostly as a casual though.

from wowprogress mostly, was looking around recently and also you guys have an amazing raiding record, i´ve known about you guys for years.
Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
well first of all, as i mentioned above. you guys have an amazing raiding history and that youre still pursuing high ranks sucessfully and thats something i feel like i really much wanna be a part of. of this strong team where i can continute to grow as a player with a solid foundation of leadership. when it comes to me, you´ll get flexible player willing to play most classes and strive to minmax everything i play, a player that can take constructive criticism and learn from it. a very active wowplayer aswell that likes to push m+ and keep alts up to date. Besides that i see myself as a player with top performances and when its not there i do everything i can to optimize my gameplay in anyway.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
I´ve played alot of hunter during my experience in wow, thats where i have most of my days played. i think where i mostly started raiding seriusly was in Wotlk, i was in a guild called Dreamers on Karazhan Horde. we were a top 500 guild, we raided 4 days a week. we were only a bane guild so we never went for light of dawn sadly. after that after that i ended up in Unexpected Variable Zenedar,Horde with some friends. we had a decent world rank of 377 at the end of wod,still playing hunter. in Legion i ended up with some friends in a guild called Ex Deo-Tarren Mill,Horde with some more relaxed raiding, we didnt really do much in Nighthold. we clearled up to grand magistrix then we had people stop playing, this was a guild consistent of players from the same city so if one left there was always a few more that followed, they always ended up in Ex deo again so during Tomb of sargeas we killed up to Kil´jaedan with loads of pulls on him but we didnt land a kill sadly. After that me and some friends ended up in Jävla oflyt, as i mentioned above and chased cutting edge as a new guild, landed us at world rank 766 in Uldir and in BoD 587 world rank but i left just before the jaina Kill as also mentioend above.
What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
I expect to be a part of a team that always read up and come prepared to raid, both knowledge wise and performance wise. i expect to continue grow as both a raider and a player in Inner sanctum. i expect to be a part of a guild that continues to chase the ranks.
Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes, I´m also willing to use it yes.
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance).
Yes i can, i dont expect to miss any raid.
How much do you play outside of raiding times?
I play alot, from i come home in the early afternoon till mostly i hit the bed late night,I´m very active ingame.
How would you describe yourself as a raider?
I´d say im a very stubborn raider, not towards anyone expect my self. i always give it my all when im raiding, i do anything i can do always bring top performance and dps, if that means i have to sit and study logs and kill videos for hours i´ll do it to perfect my game play in anyway. im very self critic, i see this as a power of mine because it makes me strive for the best.
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
I use DBM along with weakauras, weakauras is a powerful tool in raiding for me, besides that i use Angrydebuffs.

I work as an AV technician when im not playing, besides working and play wow i love training and keeping a healthy lifestyle. Besides that i am a father to a boy thats 1,5 year old that i have on the weekends and enjoy life with. i enjoy a beer once in a while, i dont go out much, i cherrish my weekends when i dont have my son with playing wow and some drinking some Nocco´s,heh.
