Came back on May 1st 2019 as Balance druid; In that small time i had several guilds
Trial in Just@ravencrest (Kazzak now) , got cutting edge BoD with them, world 1000 guild
Raided in Calculated@ravencrest up to 6/8 EP, world 400 guild
Trial in No Hard feelings@Silvermoon (world 200 zaqul, world 280 azshara but it doesn't mean much, the guild almost disbanded after zaqul) killed Mythic Azshara last thursday
/played on Druid during BfA 90 days; /played on Mage MoP 160 days;
Reason for leaving No Hard feelings is, taking different raid approach on next tier, the guild suffered a lot from people leaving / raid cancelled because of Bfa burnout / wow classic. It has been decided that there will be no gear / neck lvl requirements , and no Push for Hall of Fame, which we barely got this tier.
As you see i don't have a big raiding background but i'm still trying to do hardcore raiding (without alt requirements). So yeah while i left the first guild because of Performance / shedule compatibility, now i'm considering of leaving NHF just because of them taking different approach, otherwise i was fine with the team performance wise and the people;
I heard about Inner sanctum from No Hard Feelings, talking about you guys duriung progress;
Nalesegtwo was from NHF and he joined Inner sanctum on Azshara, i asked him and Apfel about Inner sanctum and so i decided to apply - your raid schedule and your approach to raid is what i'm looking at, Hardcore raiding without Alt requirements / split raids.
I don't know much about Nalesegtwo (only did a m+ key together) but i still think he can vouch for me, he knows the raid standards of No Hard feelings.
I asked for feedback from NHF offciers, but they're all busy - we're not raiding until 7th November -
Guild leader Zafu told me "personally i think your damage is great but your mechanical performance is below expectation, however i want second opinions from Raid leader Nadashi and Performance officer Tj ."
While i don't disagree with him, i want to point out that i joined on azshara when they had 100+ tries before me.i did some dumb mistakes (i died 2-3 times to Arcane Detonation on p3 / 3 death to Red laser on p4) but on the last 3 raid nights before kill, i have been among one of the best performing people, our raid logs prove it - 2nd night before kill i literally had 0 fails;
What you can expect from me is
Very good performance both damage AND mechanics wise; I prepare for progress alone, by watching
videos / asking for tips on Class discord ; I constantly keep my character up to date with outside raid
gameplay (M+ gearing, Neck leveling, essences) and simming on Raidbots;
I try to contribute to the strategy on progress/ call out for mechanics if needed;
I'm a serious guy who's quiet on Discord, but i'll speak up if needed. (I learned from NHF to keep discord voice clear and only talk if it's vital to the progress.)
100% raid Attendance, will never miss a raid. Unless some accident happen
