Origin-Silvermoon: a bit too toxic raid environment for my taste, felt uncomfortable with the guild.
Rogue Ninjas - Ravencrest: guild disbanded due to roster issues.
How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
My guildmaster/raid leader suggested the guild, he used to be part of it (Whimz).
Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
Inner Sanctum seems to be a guild that always tries to improve and get better and better rankings -this is what I would like to be a part of. Competition always motivates me to improve.

I don't know anyone who is currently part of the guild.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
I expect to achieve good rankings in the next tiers, while having fun raiding.
Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes.
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance).
I'm a no-lifer, I will have a 99% attendance.
How much do you play outside of raiding times?
I play 60+ hours /week.
How would you describe yourself as a raider?
I usually try to learn the mechanics first, then minmax my dps around them. I would say I'm a balanced mix of a dps-whore and a mechanical guy, I try to do the most dmg as long as it doesn't have drawbacks (I guess thats what minmaxing is).
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
Elvui, weakauras, bigwigs
