Inpakt-Terenas: Guild died partway through Highmaul
The Reckless-Terenas: Guild Died before BRF was released
Aurum: Guild died during the middle of BRF progression
Angels of Ares: There were a lot of individuals in the raid team that struggled more on the mechanical side and healers were having to overcompensate for those faults. I grew tired of the situation and wanted to challenge myself on a level I knew I was capable of playing on. I was there for over 2 years and finally left partway through ToS.
Exsto-Tarrren Mill: I was recruited in as a Resto Shaman, because that's what the guild needed, but they never really gave me many opportunities in the progression environment. A lot of people left the guild during a 3 month period and I was frustrated at not being given the chance to prove that I was worthy of playing there. They decided to go from a 3 to a 4 day raiding guild and I didn't want to commit to more than 3 days at that point. I left the guild after Varimathras.
Whatever-Auchindoun: I joined the guild because they were looking for a Resto Shaman. I quickly proved that I was a decent player, joining just before Aggramar progression. I was seeking a new challenge in a guild , in a friendly environment and a more competitive server, that still wants to progress.
Colour-Stormreaver: I joined Colour at the end of Uldir farm ready for the BoD progression. I have been raiding there ever since and I'm looking to come back to Alliance to play with friends and raid at at a solid level.

I am seeking a solid, well structured raiding guild on the Alliance side that will allow me to push myself and help the team at the same time.
I am a very solid player mechanically. The ultimate goal for me in any raid team is progression and that means that the team is more important than the individual. I am extremely passionate about this game and I am always trying to challenge and push myself. I do not shy away from individual responsibilities in raids and I'm confident in my ability to fulfil those responsibilities to the level required in a mythic raiding environment (controlling the debuffs on zul). I like to think I optimise and utilise my spec to best of my ability.
Even though this may not be the biggest priority, I finished world rank 4 for Resto Shamans in M+ in the first season in Legion, back when I used to push keys. Whilst this has little bearing on my raiding application, I wanted to mention it to support my ability to execute mechanics effectively.
My cooldown usage is significantly better than the average player. I pride myself on my raid awareness and my ability to execute raid mechanics and that's something that stands me above the rest. I strongly believe that I can improve your raid team with these skills and make progression more efficient as a result.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
I am after a guild that matches my ambitions for efficient progression but not at the sacrifice of raiding the majority of the week. I want a guild that is stable, has a solid foundation and a strong core that is as committed to improving their play as much as I am. I personally believe that Inner Sanctum can offer me that, hence why I am writing this application.
Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
I have a pair of Astro TR40 headphones, which have a very good quality microphone and I am never shy in using it to communicate effectively. Effective communication is key for efficient raid progression and that is something that I am committed to.
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). I have missed 2 raids in the past 7 years so attendance is not an issue.
How much do you play outside of raiding times? A fair amount. I'm not too bothered about Classic so I'm still playing BfA outside of raids.
How would you describe yourself as a raider? I am an extremely dedicated and friendly individual. I love progression raiding and have an overall understanding about what it means to be in a progression related environment. I know what it takes to kill bosses and I very much want to be a part of that with Inner Sanctum.
