I have played WoW since late BC, don't remember exact month/year.
368 days on account, 50 days on character.
Danmark-Sylvanas: Disbanded after 3/9M.
Serpentis-Silvermoon: Poor individual plays, lack of preperations, leading to very slow progression and exhausted atmospheres.
I heard about Inner Sanctum through the server in general, and wowprogress.
I want to join a more hardcore Guild, with a dedicated roster.
I am very dedicated myself, and very consistent overall.
I don't know anyone from Inner Sanctum.
9/9M BoD, 3/8M EP. Only started Mythic raiding in BFA.
I expect dedication, and punishment if lack of preperations and dedications. I expect players with a mutual desire of a smooth atmosphere, always looking to push the boss.

Yes, I will gladly attend all raid times with ease.
I play alot outside of Raid. Grinding AP, doing random stuff or doing M+.
I will describe myself as non-toxic, non-tilting and very consistent. I'm a dedicated player, who always seek to optimize my character before the raid.
I use ElvUI, Details, BigWigs, ERT/AA and WeakAuras.

I don't really have any geared alts, 'cause monk are just so good this tier, and I enjoy playing them alot. I have a 418 Druid and 413 DH, which I'm ready to upgrade if needed.

General info: I enjoy cooking, making drinks and mixing songs. So I work as a bartender/host at clubs/bars in town, and mix some songs for small local artists once in a while.
I play alot of OW as well - I really enjoy doing things where you have to teamwork and cooperate, both in-game and IRL.
