Guild and raid info
Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them: I am currently in Curtain Call. We have a very strong core of mythic raiders from our old guild on outland. However we are new to silvermoon and are heavily reliant on recruits and trials for progress. This has led to so many problems that the guild is essentially disbanding.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum? On wowprogress and it is a well known name in the wow community.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU? I am a very experienced disc priest with years of high end raiding over the years. I believe I can offer plenty of insight and experience to a core team of raiders.

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you? No

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)? Currently 5/8 mythic uldir. Realm first EN and ToV on outland with Northern Light. All raids cleared on heroic in cataclysm and minor heroic progress in mists of pandaria

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum. I expect a guild that focuses on progression in a mature environment. Members will be well prepared for raids with extensive class knowledge. Criticism is constructive and taken well. Most importantly following my recent experiences with Curtain call would be a strong core of raiders with a consistent raiding team and not being reliant on trials for progression since this leads to lots of inconsistencies.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids? Yes

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week. I very rarely miss raids.

How much do you play outside of raiding times? 2-7 hours a day

How would you describe yourself as a raider? Very good verbal communication with a good instinct for adaptation and high pressure scenarios .

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance? ERT, Bigwigs, AA and a combination of other minor addons.
