Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
Can show logs for all guilds i have been in and content i have done - probably redundant as the logs dont mean much anymore apart from to corroborate my "story"

Most of my raiding was done in Mid MoP (ToT and SoO) and WoD, I was tanking in a guild called <Weeping Angels> Draenor Horde on my Paladin https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/ ... e=detailed - i don’t have MoP logs.
I left due to changes in my life, where i was made redundant in my job and had to work in a supermarket on shifts so i couldnt commit to raiding.
I joined a casual guild in Legion because of this and stopped raiding after clearing EN due to not being able to keep up with the AP grind and feel like i was falling behind

I joined a friends guild on Alliance Wildhammer near the end of ToS and for Antorus on my warrior at first and then on my paladin until the guild stopped raiding back in March

When the guild stopped raiding, I moved to Silvermoon as it is a more active realm. I am currently raiding in Hyperactive but the progress is slow and not looking to clear mythic - which is what i want from a guild.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?: I am a dedicated raider (now that i have a steady job, meaning i have free time to spend in game and spent getting consumables / gear upgrades and the time studying my class, different traits and mythic boss mechanics - how they work and thus how to maximise DPS whilst not failing those mechanics.)

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?: I do not.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?:
Vanilla - MC - Resto Druid
TBC - Kara - Resto Druid
Wrath - Cleared all HC except LK both 10 /25m - Feral Druid (tank), Retri pala, UH DK, Disc Priest, Affli Lock
Cata - DS LFR, didnt really play in Cata - Retri Pala
MoP - ALl raid content done, HC Garrosh before changed to mythic. - Retri / Prot Pala
WoD - 6/7 HM mythic - 7/7 hc 2/10 BRF Mythic 10/10 hc - HM and BRF - Enh Shaman, HFC Prot Pala + RL
Legion - 7/7 EN mythic - Prot warrior + RL, 5/13 ABT Mythic - Prot Pala

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum?: A competent Mythic guild that strives for Cutting Edge each tier. One where i challenge myself with other raiders and push myself back to my best

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?: yes

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week: I can make all the raid times and days, the only reason i’d have to miss a raid would be a family emergency, which i hope - touch wood - isn’t necessary

How much do you play outside of raiding times?: Most of the time. Especially if there’s gearing content to be more competitive

How would you describe yourself as a raider?: Dedicated. Competitive. Fast learner. Logs Nerd (not just about parsing - deaths, avoidable damage, buff uptimes, debuff uptimes, CD usage are all really useful to known how to improve on any given fight)

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?: I use ElvUI, Weak Auras, DBM, Skada, MSBT, Threat Plates, Angry Assignments and Exorsus Raid Tools as my UI / combat enhancing addons.
