Currently in Contemplating Salad guild on silvermoon. My reason for looking for a new guild is we have seem to have lost out mojo since killing Argus on mythic and since the start of BFA we have lost a few core raiders. Given this situation I sadly cant see us being able to clear mythic and play at raid mythic at the level I would like. The guild is full of some great guys however my goal is to raid mythic and have fun at the same time.

You guys are the top guild on the server have seen you guys about and follow some on you on twitch.
Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU? I would like to join Inner Sanctum as I believe you guys have the right culture and share the same goals as I do. I want to be part of a team who are striving to push themselves in every raid and throughout the game. I would like to think you would accept me because I am a reliable, consistent,self driven and mature mythic raider who over the years has adapted his playing style to enjoy end game raiding. After re-rolling to BM hunter 2 weeks after launch due to lack of range in the guild I gave already surpassed other peoples mains and committed all I can to ensuring I add value in raids. With this I am now looking for a permeant mythic spot on my BM hunter.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
I have cleared Mythic Emerald Nightmare where soon after I had to step down due to having a baby(well not me, the missis OFC) however returned and the back end of TOS and managed to down the 1st 5 bosses on mythic. Most recent mythic experience came from Antorus where I got cutting edge with my current guild.
What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum; I expect a fully committed and well organised mythic raiding team that are playing at the highest level and creating a winning culture.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules?
Yes no issues.
How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.
I will have no issues attending 99% of the raids.
How much do you play outside of raiding times?
I am on daily, running m+ or gearing my alts etc..
How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Fully committed, motivated, prepared raider, I ensure I have everything and more to do what I need to do during raid.
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
I use WA and have several strings for raid mech etc..I use details,DBM, ELVUI for optimal UI set up. Angry assignments, GTFO.

In my down time i work monday to friday and as mentioned above have a Son who is 18months old and well takes up any additional time i have lol. If i am lucky i get the odd night out however would much prefer for an early night lol.
