Guild and raid info
Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them
Mega Glorious Raiders - some LFG guild that I joined to get myself started in raiding, after some time, the guild just died off since it was basically a pug.
Eternal Vision - a social guild that I joined with couple of friends from the previous one to try mythic raiding. After achieving 5/10 in NH I decided to leave and look for more serious guild that I could push higher ranks on the server with.
Distract - unfortunately the guild disbanded before I managed to complete my trial.
Synarchy - that was the first decent guild that I was a part of. We managed to get 6/9M in ToS but from there on everything went downhill: atmosphere during raids and questionable decisions made by RL made a lot of people leave and that's why I decided to look for another guild.
Somewhat Cursed - a really great guild with strong leadership and core raiders. Although we didn't manage to kill Fallen Avatar we decided to stick together for Antorus. Everything was going well until we started progressing on Imonar. After a decent amount of wipes, a lot of really good players decided to leave, but we managed to rebuild and rather quickly got to Aggramar. After couple of nights the "progression" started to look familiar to one we had on Fallen Avatar: people magically started to disappear due to "irl stuff", flaming each other for mistakes. Now that we can't get a stable 20-man roster for some of the nights and progression not really going anywhere I decided to look for new opportunities.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
Came across your guild a long time ago while going through wowprogress but then I knew I wasn't anywhere on your level to even apply. Kind of hard to not hear about IS when you raid on Silvermoon though.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
The main reason I decided to apply to IS is your long history of raiding. Throughout the time you acquired an experienced team that I just want to be a part of, knowing you won't randomly disband.
Raiding 2 days per week you managed to farm while maintaining progression that allowed you to get a high rank despite of that. For some time now, I wanted to switch from raiding 3 days per week to 2.
As a player I always look for ways to improve myself when it comes to class mechanics or boss fights. Besides that I am always open for any form of feedback and can manage to take a constructive criticism. Overall I think I would be a great addition to your roster.

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?
I do not know anyone.

[/b]What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?[/b]
My raiding experience only comes from this expansion: 5/10M NH, 7/9M ToS, 9/11M ATBT

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
From raiding with you guys I expect a steady progression with through the new content in chill but competitive environment where repetitive simple mistakes are not tolerated and raiders push themselves to perform better.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes, I do own a mic and I am willing to use it.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance)
Yes, I can attend all of your raid times. Mondays and Sundays are perfect for me since I've just started last year at university and having Wednesdays and Thursdays off would be a huge relief for me.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Outside of raiding times I try to play at least 1-2 hrs per day, just to do "daily stuff" or just simply to hang out in guild chat. But some days I go on m+ spree that can last infinite amount of hours.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
As I raider (or even outside of games) i consider myself extremely competitive. When I put a lot of time into something I really want to make it meaningful. That's why I always go through logs or read class related discussion (discord server / other forums) to improve in every aspect possible. When it comes to raiding times I always stay concentrated to not make stupid mistakes, either on farm or progress. I always come prepared for new content doing extensive research prior to that. I never rage or tilt during progression, I'm rather calm person that can keep things to himself.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
To solely improve my raiding performance I use BigWigs for timers so I can plan my CD usage more efficiently. Besides that i also have Exorsus Raid Tools for any important notes if necessary and of course WeakAuras2.
