Motion-Kilrogg (Now Outcasts-Ravencrest)

I played in this guild for a long time and made a lot of good friends in this guild. I joined this guild in BRF as a social, and progressed with them in HFC. I stuck with them all the way to late Nighthold, when we started being unable to raid due to lack of players on our low-pop server. We transferred to Ravencrest in hope to get more players, but with no luck. We stopped raiding for a long time, so I started pugging mythic NH with a random guild I found and we cleared 7/10M

Basic-Ravencrest

I got recruited by Basic to progress Gul'dan. We killed Gul'dan after a couple weeks and after that the officers basically went AFK. The guild was very divided, run by a few swedish IRL friends who didn't play the game at all outside of raid. The other half of the guild we're danish, who are still my friends. I ended up leaving the guild because I still wanted to play the game and I got asked by a good friend to join this guild on Horde.

Boom Time - Draenor

Joined this guild because a friend asked me to and had the best time I've ever had in a guild with Boom Time. The guild was filled with a lot of social people and over the top banter. The problem with this guild was that they weren't very serious about raiding but I had such a good time that I didn't really care. Sadly, people just stopped showing up for raid, and due to some guild drama, it fell apart. People went to different guild but I joined a guild called Endless with 4 other Boom Time members.

Endless - Kazzak

So yeah, we joined this guild as a group, 2 warriors, a rogue, a resto druid and me, a demon hunter. From the getgo we had a lot of problems with this guild. We noticed that they weren't having a lot of fun and it was a very strict guild. They didn't care about logs or anything, as long as we killed the boss it was good. I told the guild master that I was probably going to leave, but I'd wait untill progress was over because I didn't want to cause any inconvenience during progress and he was OK with that. Then I made a mistake, I updated my WoWProgress to looking for guild, because I wanted to take offers from guilds that might want to recruit me for when we've killed KJ. I didn't communicate this with our raid leader and officers and they took this extremely personal and told me I was a liar and a snake and that I was no longer welcome to the raid, so I apologised and I left the guild. I regret leaving the guild like this because I obviously had my good friends in the guild there and I love raiding with them.

Something Wrong - Stormscale

After Endless I kinda lost motivation to raid. I was taking offers from guilds and even applying to similar guilds as Endless but kinda just wanted to take a break. Then my friends from Basic asked me to join their guild, and I told them yes, but it wouldn't be my permanent guild. I basically just joined that guild to raid with my friends.

Currently I'm looking for a long term guild like I had with Motion and Boom Time, because I kinda miss it.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
I take progress extremely serious and don't tend to make the same mistakes often. I'm not afraid to communicate in and outside of raid with my fellow raiders and I ask for help if needed. I'm also very social. If you were to pick me you would be picking a very reliable and consistent player.

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?
No, I do not. And that's on purpose aswell, I want to join a new community.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
I expect a nice raiding environment while killing bosses at a decent pase and a good community to join. I'm looking for a long term stay.

Yes, not afraid to communicate both outside and during raid.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance)
Yes, my job allows me to work at home and have the most flexible schedule ever, so I can basically log on whenever I want.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Too much (3-12 hours/day)

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
More of a tactical player, I will never go for logs/personal gain. Whatever it takes to kill the boss.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
I use a very standard UI;

BigWigs & LittleWigs - This allows me to see when mechanics are about to happen and to plan for those mechanics accordingly.d

WeakAuras 2 - This addon is great to track mechanics and cooldowns of both myself and my party/raid members.

Angry Assignments - Using Angry Assignments because that’s what my current guild is using.
Angry Keystones - Helpful for dungeon mechanics.

Exorsus Raid Tools - This is the addon my guild currently uses.

Details! - This is great addon to check your damage taken and who got hit by a mechanic and to see if it was avoidable for future pulls.

I use a bunch of cosmetic addons aswell but these are not really worth mentioning.

(NOTE: I don't have DI+Harj logs because I didn't need gear at the time so I sat out of those two fights. Using Moonglaive on Mistress because I was asked to be the 'back-up AoE burster' for the adds, it's why my artifact usage is also no off cooldown on that fight.)
