For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft?
Started at the end of Vanilla as a casual player up to Cataclysme as a Semi/HC Raider. Quited at 1 xp from level 90 in MoP Returned to WoW Legion june 1 2017.
A guild for me is a place i can call a second family, I Quited after Cataclysme as our guild felt appart, 2 options: Search for a new guild and start over or go for study in the evenings for my work career.
I've picked work over WoW during that time, now I'm finished and back into full time playing

Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
Bad Company (Raider)(Disbanded) Ex Nihilo Nihil Fit (Raid leader)(Falled appart/Disbanded/Casual Raiding).

Flawless (Raider)(Falled appart): I joined Flawless on 17th july. 1 month 2 weeks after i returned back to WoW I was lookin for a guild. I was lookin for a guild that clears atleast Full Raid instance at current Tier. I had only a few legendaries and the Legendaries i had were not close to BiS for best DPS pull. We made an agreement and days/hours of farming i managed to get the gear/legendaries and got fully accepted into the raid group. Last week, when we downed Avatar we went down hill. Some of the main raiders gave up on raiding and didn't want to continue as they saw only lost of time and progress the final boss was not worth it.
The leaders tried to give it another go, but as we lost enough progress days they gave it a call.

We no longer have the people to consitently raid and finish this tier,
because of this people have start applying to ohter guild or left already so we will be stopping raiding permanently from here on out wana thank evryone for there time spend here and good luck.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
I always check WoWprogress, Youtube, At the start of WoTLK seeing Inner Sanctum within the top best guilds as Alliance you fall through and got my attention.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
I'm was lookin for a guild that is currently lookin for a Balance druid, Ofcourse I'm working on Resto and my future plans are to bring some alts (Mage/Rogue/Hunter)(Currently level 85) for best performance in the guild. I Had always hopes for a guild that pulls on a higher level which I couldn't attent before(WoTLK,Cataclysm). I hope for a Trial period so i can prove and show you my skills aswell to show that i'm capable to deal with Mythic progress as a team and not for dps logs. I always learned my self that you can't achieve things alone and working as a team together will achieve even the hardest thing blizzard can design.

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?
Unforunately I don't know anyone in the guild.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
I expect motivated players, Players who accept their mistakes, Teamwork players as nothing can be achieved alone, Progress and having fun at the same time.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes, At first i will be passive in talking as I need to know you guys better so i can settle my self in the group. But in Raids to call out "Dispel" or other talk shouldn't be an issue.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance)
I'm Available 7 days a week, Saterday can happen that i go out with friends.
Raiding Schedule Inner Sanctum:
Wednesday:  20:00 - 23:30
Sunday:     20:00 - 23:30
Monday:     20:00 - 23:30
Any given day and time should not be an issue for me. I see timers as GMT+ Paris time. The only Reason I can't raid is when my internet is down (rarely happens)

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Depends on current Raiding Tier. Early stage or new content i play alot, when we hit medium Tier a bit less. Work days should be around 2/3 hours without raiding, Weekend can be 8/12 hours

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
I See my self to learn progress of a boss first over DPS, Within the first few wipes i focus on abilities, movement and comunication. After that is fixed i will improve my dps for best performance.
I'm not afraid for many wipes and i'll take fully responsable of every action I do, Inc failing. Criticism for doing something wrong should be adressed and dealt properly to me and I accept them. I'm not
perfect and if someone see that I'm doing something wrong I want to hear it, I want to improve/optimize my self so i can show my best in the guild.
