Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:

ScrubBusters (All Star team 2 day/week) - I was removed from the raiding roster because I had to take an extended leave of absence due to a death in my family, absolutely everything became more important than playing wow at that point and I wouldn't of expected them to keep me on the mythic team while I was gone anyway.

TERA Gaming - Their officer team gave up and went to separate guilds for Tomb

Endless Resonance - one of my in-game friends asked me to join for Tomb's release, only for him to leave the guild after 1 week for a better guild on the server. they also do not take raiding as seriously as I would like during the scheduled raids, which can be frustrating when you've got a limited time to play during the weekdays.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?

I want to join Inner Sanctum because I want to raid in a better environment where the time is better utilised by members who actually spend time preparing for raids, instead of turning up expecting to be hand held throughout the entire raid. You should accept me because i'm an experienced raider who has a passion for playing WoW, which allows me to apply myself to whatever I set my mind to, allowing me to be a 100% solid and reliable member of whatever team I am a part of.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?

Vanilla - Cleared all content but Naxx 40 (where I ran my own guild)
TBC - SSC/TK - I was concentrating on studies rather than hardcore raiding
Wrath - Everything apart from LK 25HC (once again running my own guild)
Cataclysm - everything
MOP - another study break until WoD
WoD - Highmaul, first three bosses of Mythic, before I quit due to bordem
Legion 7/7m, 8/10m, 2/3m and now 8/9 HC - getting 9/9 in tonights raid. Then hopefully atlesat 1 mythic boss.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum

I expect there to be a good balance of serious/fun when the time calls for it during the raids, where we get some awesome kills as this tier progresses.

Yes

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance)

Yes - very very rarely I might have to work late

How much do you play outside of raiding times?

Usually I play for at least a few hours each day, a lot more on weekends (much to my girlfriends disgust)

How would you describe yourself as a raider?

I would describe myself as a dedicated raider who puts the success of his team over doing DPS and topping damage meters or getting gold logs. Especially at this point in the tier when everything is new and yet to be optimised.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?

Please note, I do not play for logs and I do not approach any fight thinking how can I pad my way to the best logs possible. As I feel that it breeds a certain attitude in some that (in my experience) usually becomes a detriment to the raid performance as a whole, I use them as an indication as to my performance rather than as a way to stroke my ego.

When I'm not playing wow i'm either at work as a web developer or hanging out with my girlfriend of 5 years

Other stuff:

I am very into Mythic+ (which is where I met Wartaric a few months ago), where I was pushing some good high key runs last season. Right now I'm trying to maintain a balance of high keys/15+ farming to get the best gear I possibly can between raids.

Isn't she a bit young mate?
