I have been playing since Vanilla all the way to cataclysm and then I quit the game and returned in Legion

Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
Memento-Auchindoun Left the guild for several reasons, Bad management within the guild the officers and GM simply don't care about the guild for example they are still on Gul'dan and not extending the raids to clear the boss, The guild has several bad players and the officers refuse to recruit new members to replace them overall people are not serious enough and people have to do die more than 20 times in order for them to know what they did wrong . Another thing is they are going 4-5 healers on some bosses for example on spellblade they went 5 healers and Gul'dan and 4 healers on Krosus overall bad management
How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
Sagart followed me on wowprogress and then I checked the guild and saw they were looking for a new Holy priest and decided to apply
Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
I’m looking for a serious Guild for TOS people you can rely on and when I checked the profiles of people I saw the people are decent and takes the game seriously all the people seem to have a common goal which is progression and I heard you guys want to reach top 50 world, I am very passionate about the game and constantly trying to improve myself as a player watching videos of good priests like Jakbcastin trying to copy his play style and learn the smallest details about my class , also im constantly spamming mythic + to reach high keys and get extra gear I am not waiting for the guild to gear me up I will spam mythics with friends to get the extra gear from outside. I always come prepared to raids with everything and the knowledge of every boss

Vanilla = MC, BWL , Aq40
TBC= up to Sunwell 4th boss
Wotlk= ICC 25 hc

Legion= 9/10 mythic
What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
Raiding with serious and mature people , people who are willing to put their egos aside and look for what's best for the guild a team where people rely on each other I don't mind wiping 100 times I value progression > Loot

Yes
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance) I don’t miss any day If I miss a raid I will most probably let you know 1-2 days prior
How much do you play outside of raiding times?
I play every day 5-6 hours
How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Mechanics > everything else , I am simply a team player with fast reactions during the raids constantly topping people off putting key players in a fight on focus to constantly keep an eye on them with specific macros from them I’m not afraid to pop all my cooldowns in order to save 2-3 people from dying the show must go on and dpsers need to survive , I tend to focus more on raid healing and topping tanks with holy word serenity I have all the BIS legendaries so I can swap it during fights, I have the legendary cloak and I use it to its full extent making me able to use 3 potions during a fight and dying on pressure moments to gain the 20 second free mana period and just heal the raid during that time
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
I use Recount, DBM, WA, Angry Assignments I wouldn’t say addons would improve my performance yes it’s a minor advantage but the main way to improve is to fully understand the boss and its choke points and your positioning as a healer must be on point in order for me to improve and be different from other people
