General info
Character name: Falsefiction
Battletag: Garderx#2970
Race, class, level, Artifact Level server: Frost Mage, Artifcal Power level 45

For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft?
Basically since Beta of late 2003, and early 2004 when it was first released.

Total played time:
My mage has 65 days played total (created him in late Warlords of Draenor)
My hunter alt has 1118 days played total (created him in early Warlords of Draenor)
My druid alt has 11 days played total (created him about 2 months ago)

Time played on current character in current expansion:
Mage = 51 days
Hunter = 25 days
Druid = 11 days

Guild and raid info
Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
During Vanilla and until early WotLK I played in a guild called Phantas Magoria on Silvermoon - they disbanded when rumours came out that people got salaries for playing there and our Guild Leader becoming greedy with some of the cash income they made. This guild disbanded, honestly for reasons I quite can't remember.

In WotLK I joined Devious Intentions on Doomhammer with whom I raided with during Naxx25 and Ulduar. If I remember correctly the guild kind of went casual after we killed Yogg-Saron, where many other people joined other proficient guilds on the realm such as Negligent Discharge or Questionable Ethics if I am not entirely mistaken - it was a LONG time ago :-)

Afterwards I joined The Last Watch on Turalyon (https://www.wowprogress.com/guild/eu/tu ... Last+Watch) which doesn't exist anymore. I left due to deployment to Afghanistan in early Cataclysm.

I came back in early WoD from deployment and being in the army for almost 4 years, where I reignited my passion for gaming (mostly since I, at the time, suffered from PTSD and couldn't really go outside for a long time). I joined a newly remade guild called Transcend on Silvermoon (https://www.wowprogress.com/guild/eu/si ... /Transcend) which was created by a lot of players from Top EU-raiding guild in WildStar(yes, I know). The guild did great during Highmaul and BRF, but it failed to perform on Mannoroth in HFC for several weeks which led to its disband. The disband of Transcend happened mostly to officers having too high expectations to the roster which couldn't perfom sufficently in a top 100 environment.

This is where I and a few others from Transcend joined <DarkStorm> on Zenedar where I was from Archimonde in HFC untill recently.

Unfortunately the guild's performance during Nighthold caused quite some drama and led to the officers making some questionable kicks, of which some were valid, others not - and this all around created a bad vibe between I and the officer team. I had played poorly due to lack of motivation seeing I wasn't feeling happy with the officer team, and also for the fact that since I recently moved to Spain, I had only my laptop to play on, effectively giving me 10-15 FPS during raids, which also created further tension between myself and the officers. My PC situation has since been fixed naturally and I play with 80-100 FPS as I normally did prior to my relocation :-)
There is no bad blood between the officers and I - we just didn't see eye to eye on quite a few things, and instead of creating drama, it was best if we simply went our seperate ways.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
I have always know about Inner Sanctum since I have played on the same realm as Inner Sanctum during Vanilla, including the fact that it has historically been a top-performing guild untill Blast Furnace in BRF if I remember correctly. (it was a sad day for me when I heard)

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
I am a very experienced raider who has completed almost all content Blizzard has ever presented, and I have played consistently in semi-top guilds (if you consider Top 100 any good) for many years. I am thorough in my research on upcoming content and will always have done the necessary homework to ensure that I can perform as good as possible prior to its release.
Furthermore I have little to no responsbility in my personal life outside of work, and will therefore provide consistency, high attendance and strong game knowledge in to the roster.

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?
Well ironically I am quite certain I know several people from Inner Sanctum, which goes back to the Doomhammer days of Devious Intentions. I am confident that I have played with both Jamesmarcus, Devilssangel and Nejira (just scrolling through the members list on Wowprogress)

Now that is not to say that they will vouch for me, since I can hardly remember it myself - it was simply a little side-note. I can't even give you the name that I used to play under during WotLK - I just remember I played a Feral Druid and I chatted a lot with some people called Epitaph and Michieltjuuh. (Epitaph because we played the same class and always competed on DPS and Michieltjuuh, who I believe had an alt called Honorstrider, because he was like my idol for some reason)

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
Vanilla - Everything including Naxx40
TBC - Everything (M'uru pre-nerf, Kael'thas post-nerf)
WotLK - Everything until Icecrown
Cataclysm & MoP - Didn't play due to deployment. My little brother played on my account in this period which is why there will be some content done in this period. I think he played on Turalyon in a guild called <The Last Watch>. I take no credit in anything achieved in this period :-)
WoD - Cleared everything(except Imperator Mar'gok when it was relevant) - farmed Archimonde for a year(Yay!)
Legion - Cleared everything except Gul'Dan.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
I expect, with any other guild I have been in, to be part of a team who is proficient in clearing content in a timely manner. This should be achieved through the sheer raiding experience and game knowledge that the roster has, and not through rigorous and tiring raiding for endless hours.
Furthermore I hope to join a guild who is active outside of raiding (Hooray for M+) and who regularly organizes alt runs, allowing you to enjoy the content with different classes and maybe even in different roles.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
I do! Raided for many years and I'm very aware of the importance of communication during progress especially.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance)
Thus far I have been able to keep about a 90% attendance during WoD and Legion and I have no reason not being to sustain that in the future. As I said earlier, I have little to no social commitments outside of work, and also living 3000 kilometres from family and friends, I am seldom asked to join for social events.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
I work from 7-15, 5 days a week - and I normally workout untill 17-18, and from then on I tend to play WoW untill 23-24, with a few exceptions when I am exceptionally tired or have to bring work home with me.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
I know what is expected of a raider to be able to perform at semi-high raiding level, and I consider myself very consistent when it comes to mechanics and being a very stable raider. I don't whore DPS very much, but am mostly just worried about attacking the priority targets. This is why I will often be very strong during progress, but less impressive on Farm since I find little to no satisfaction in topping DPS meters during Farm (unless it's actually necessary, which it rarely is)I like to spend quite a lot of time theorycrafting the bosses we're progressing on, either through Logs or discussing it with guildies to find a solution to a problem. I have learned over the years that since different classes have different strengths, it's vital to communicate how your class performs the best. By giving the Raid Leader the best idea of how you should be utilized to be most efficient, you can simplify a lot of mechanics.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
I mostly use WeakAuras for everything (I have some odd 400 WeakAuras across all my characters), I also use DeathNote to better understand why I die and how I can perhaps prevent it in the future, or atleast communicate to the raid how it happened, so that it may be prevented on the next attempt.
Otherwise Exorsus Raid Tools, BigWigs, Clique(I'm old-skool), Details, SimCraft are what I mainly use to optimize my raiding.

I haven't raided for quite some time ever since I split ways with DarkStorm and went social - and please keep in mind that this has all been done with 10 FPS and little to no motivation. I have since my new PC was acquired performed quite a lot better, even though this has only been done in Heroic raids.

Real life info
Name: Mark
Age: 27
Location: Danish (but living in Malaga, Spain)
Info about you and what you do when not playing WoW:
I work as a Head of Telecommunications and Operations for a bank called Bank Norwegian which I have done since August of last year. Outside of that I acquired a taste for skateboarding, which wasn't really possible where I used to live in Denmark, and also surfing(I have the Mediterranean in my backyard). And finally, since I live in Spain, I take Spanish classes 5 times a week to eventually learn this messed up, but otherwise beautiful language :-)

You're free to add extra information if you feel like it!
If you feel you need anything clarified in my application to make a more informed decision, please don't hesitate to contact me on BattleNet (Garderx#2970) or skype: sgtpapa2. I also have a WhatsApp that I can give in a PM if that is necessary.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards,
Mark
