Over 11 years there has been quite few guilds and realms I was on, but ever since I landed on Silvermoon (for the second time and for good) in 2015 I have been in Scrubz (until raiding stopped), then Deeprun Tram Security (until disbanded) and currently I am in No Hard Feelings, which I intend to change because after nearly 8 months, I came to conclusion that my personality no longer meshes with theirs.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
First time I got to know you was when I was a kiddo during WotLK and saw your raiders looking absolutely decked in Ironforge. This time, I checked you out on wowprogress and also got word from my homie Dalom, whom I know from Scrubz.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
I decided to apply to you because I look for a guild with mature environment, obviously with some banter, but also because I admire your progression pace and would like to be a part of an awesome raiding team that turns raiding up to 11. I play this game pretty much for cutting edge raiding because it gives me the adrenaline rush and burst of emotions when a really tough boss finally falls. As for why should you accept me, well, I am a player that always puts the collective good ahead of myself. I do not whore for logs and I would never fuck over another raider during an encounter for my personal gain. I'm a type of raider that would rather end the fight with gray log because I was doing anything like special mechanics, off healing or plowing through my utility one by one than potentially set back my raid team or force an inefficient tactic because I want more dps. I also heavily deliver priority damage like bursting down adds on Mother because I realize my class' strengths and weaknesses. Last word regarding mechanics, even though I'm wheelchair, I do not deter from doing things like Reorigination drive on Ghuun because if my galloping with freedom gets the job done quick while other members focus on other tasks, I volunteer.
Additionally, I'm a guy that does a ton of theorycrafting, always tinkering with my character to optimize it on every step. I then share my knowledge and gladly help other Retribution paladins with analyzing their logs, improving on gear or helping out with any questions regarding the spec.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum:
I expect a friendly and mature atmosphere, which an old-timer like me can glue into and a razor sharp focus during progression raids.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes for both.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.
I can attend all raids. Sometimes, I may be forced to crunch at work (I work in game dev) and might stay overnight as we're approaching release. That being said, it should not happen on a regular basis and officers would obviously be informed in advance.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Depends on my free time and content saturation, it ranges from 2 hours a day to 50 hours long streaks.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
I would say I'm a grizzled veteran with a lot of patience and persistance. As mentioned few questions above, I'm a type of raider that'll gladly sacrifice his own safety to ensure someone more important lives. Naturally, I'll try to save us both in the process but if we're in a scenario when boss is close to dying and tank is barely standing under pressure, without hesitation I'll blow everything I have on the tank then taunt to absorb a smack to the face to buy critical seconds for folks to finish the boss off. I have a mindset that as a guild, we're in the same cart so it's a group, not personal, effort to overcome obstacles. Not an ego driven raider, if I'm put on a shitty duty I will not whine about bad logs but instead will do my very best to fulfill assigned task perfectly because I think officers and other raiders will judge my worth by actions I make, not logs I whore. Last but not least, I'm a rather vocal person when it comes to feedbacking tactics (work demands me to think outside of the box, so I apply it here as well with ideas how to cheese problematic mechanics) or unpleasent situations (without seeking or starting drama). I'm also allergic to bullshit and might call it out in a constructive way.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
DBM, Weakauras, Exorsus Raid Tools, Angry Assignments and Skada. I created my personalized WA Ret cluster to keep track of things important to me.

I understand the reasoning. I have a question though, would it be possible to join as a social and partake in heroic clears, possibly mythic farm if by that time a melee spot does not open. Once a melee, or Ret especially, spot opens, I could possibly start a trial?
