I've been playing for 6-7 years, but i started 3 day mythic raiding in legion

I've played with my irl friends for really long time, because wow was not my main competitive game at that period. Then i wanted to try mythic raiding at legion, i joined Four oh Four. I got guldan and helya cutting edge here, 8/9 tos(that could be easy 9/9 but some people stop raiding and we couldnt arrange raid team for 3-4 night). Currently i am 8-11 mythic and my guild is 9-11. Last week i told my officers that i will stop raiding. There is 2 reason i stop raiding in four oh four. First is,i started new internship and i come home late, raid stars too early here, also raiding 3 weekdays is hard for me because i am working all weekdays. So raid timings are really bad for me. Second is i am feeling some people just tunneling boss regardless of mechanics even on progress bosses and some people doing same mistakes over and over again it just break my motivation (like hitting the purple orb on kingaroth, spreading plague on varimathias, dying to flames on coven etc.).I raided here for 1 year and never have a problem with anyone, i am just feeling like my progress must be better than 8-11 because i am raiding 9 hours a week and i always put great effort when im raiding.

I was checking top guilds in previous tiers, first time i saw inner sanctum there. Now i was looking for 2 days raiding guild then i found you
Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
First of all you have awesome history of raiding and you guys playing together for a long time. I want to be a part of team who will stay together. And im really impressed u are raiding 2 days and 10-11(gz on aggramar kill btw:P) that shows me u put great effort when u are raiding and thats what im do whenever i play.
What you can expect from me is i am competitive gamer for many years, i always want to push my limits in games(like master in league of legends, global elite in cs.go etc.), also experienced wow player, ive been raiding for 1 years and never took a break. I always want to get best out of my class so i do a lot of research, checking top logs, or cooldown rotations of top dps mages stuffs like that.I also will have nearly %100 attendance (prolly just %100) to raids on progress days.
Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?
I only now Moonrake, we raided with him for 2-3 months and i think he will vouch for me.
What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
Heredor is my first mythic raiding character, 7/7 EN, got guldan and helya cutting edge, 8/9 tos and 8-11 antorus. Before legion i only raid heroic with my irl friends.
What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
I expect good raiding atmosphere with good leadership. Clear current content and get cutting edge, and a good social relationship outside raiding hours.
Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes i have microphone and i use it whenever i feel like i need to talk during the fight. Especially when im appointed to some mechanic.
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance)
Your raid times are perfect for me and i dont miss raid days usually, only if i have rl problem and that happens really rare.
How much do you play outside of raiding times?
I was playing a lot like 7-8 hours when legion first came but now i got all legendaries and cant get so much upgrade from anything so generally 2-3 hours a day outside of raiding, pushing keys with my rl or guild friends. I also spend time on my alts and do weekly chests for them.
How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Competitive and experinced player for years, always want to improve my playing and can accept criticism and my own mistakes. Also i am easy-going person and get along with people well. I dont flame people when they do mistake, i always try to say things in good manner to other people.
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
Weak auras, Details, deadly boss mods, pawn-simc.

I just happy to find 2 day raiding guild in my server and u guys seems to have a good humour(dat 9-11 spicy meme on guild page). Raid times are perfect for me and i hope to raid with you guys
