Battletag: Theemok#2516
Race, class, server: Night elf druid, Silvermoon

For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft?
I bought the game at the start of legion and did some normal/heroic content. I only really started doing mythic content at the start of BfA.

Guild and raid info
Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
Until the start of EP I wasn't able to raid on wednesday and thursday evening. This made it really hard for me to find a raiding guild as most of them raid on these days. I ended up doing late night from 23:30-2:00
which wasn't really ideal but I couldn't do anything else. The guild I joined is night vision. Once I was able to do wednesday and thursday I left the guild because of the times and I have been in a few guilds for a short amount of time with some friends. The first one was shroud the first one was shroud where only half of us were allowed to join the raid team, the second one is second wind which let us all in but their progressions through the tier is really not as fast as I'd like and I realized I'm not going to get any fun out of raiding if it is this slow even if it's with friends. I'm still in second wind until I find a guild to join.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
I do most of my research on wowprogress. There are also not many guilds recruiting resto druids.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
After being in guilds that can not progress because of too many personal failures or not being able to hit dps checks,
I would love to join a guild that can progress and down all the bosses. I try to be the best I can be at my class by researching all there is about it
For resto the secondaries don't really matter though so it's mostly about gameplay. I'm a very consistent player and will not fail mechanics often.

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?
I don't know anyone.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
The Emerald Nightmare 7/7H :)
Uldir 3/8M
BoD 8/9M
EP 6/8M
Nyalotha 12/12H

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
I expect a raid team with raiders that can learn bossses after a while and consitently kill them.
I'm also hoping for a healing team and leader that I can rely on to know what they're doing.
(I would be super happy to raid with people that don't forget to press their cooldowns half of the time and stuff like that)

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes, I do have a microphone and I'm willing to use it.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance).
I can basically always be there unless there it's a special occasion, which should happen only a few times a year max.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Outside of raid times I will at the start of a patch like right now spam m+ for as much gear as possible and do all the dailies. Later on in the tier I come online to push m+ keys with friends and sometimes pugs.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
I'm very methodical. I like finding a tactic that works and sticking to it. I also use a timer, which only shows in mythic raids so it's not in the screenshot, to keep track of when to ramp. However, I do try to still be as reflexive as a druid can be in case something goes wrong and more healing is suddenly needed.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
Grid2 + clique - I really need this to show me the people who are being targeted by mechanics for prehotting.
Vocalraidassistant - This is literally gods work. Tells me which cooldowns are used so I don't have to monitor the ert cooldown bars all the time.
weakauras - I got cooldowns next to my raidframes to see them more easily, weakauras that predict incoming damage and other stuff thats mainly utility
bigwigs, gtfo, ert, ora3

Court - This is a bit of a meme kill since we had been practicing with 3 healers and one battle shammy so I was getting 3 innervates to myself and just pumped with ert.

Real life info
Name: Ruben
Age: 20
Location: Netherlands
Info about you and what you do when not playing WoW:
full time cs student :)
I also go to the gym a lot for big gains.

I know I don't have a lot of kills to proof what I can do, but I hope my quick progression in the little time I have played the game is a good motivation to try me out.
