For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft?
I've had the account and character since vanilla, but didn't hit max level until late TBC, and consider WotLK to be the start of my "career". I stopped playing in Cataclysm and started again in WoD, and have played more or less since.

300+ days, most of them on my current character.

Guild and raid infoPrevious guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
The Royal Jesters (Daggermaw) - A guild I raided with in Legion, as it was the best alliance guild on in my server group at the time. I enjoyed raiding with them, but the guild decided to transfer to Ravencrest to be able to recruit more people and mix it up a bit, and I decided not to join them.
Deus Ex (Frostmane) - My current raiding guild, which is a nice guild and I enjoy playing with them, but at the time being, our ambitions for raiding do not match.
How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
I've known about the guild for a long time from when it was in the WF races back in WotLK, but it caught my eye again while I was browsing WoWProgress.
Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
It is a guild with many merits and consistent performances, which points to strong leadership and a steady environment for ambitious raiders, and it would provide me with the challenging and rewarding raiding experience I seek.
You should accept me because I will provide a good overall performance and make very few mistakes. I always try my best to improve myself as a player and learn from my mistakes, as well as improving my character. This could be in the form of AP farming, or doing the required research to get the most out of, and maximize my character for the specific encounter. In the end, I will do what is the most optimal for the raid team, and do my very best to secure kills during progress.
Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?
Not that I know of.
What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
Out of my experience worth mentioning, I've raided cutting edge early in legion as well as now in BFA, starting with BoD, and currently progressing Queen's Court in EP.
What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum?
I expect a good and friendly community where everyone is performing well, and to be part of a team where we all strive to progress as fast as possible and also to have fun while doing so.
Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes.
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance).
Yes. I don't expect to miss any raids, but there can always be unforeseen circumstances. With that in mind, I expect my attendance to be 95-100%.
How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Depends on what else I do in the game atm, such as PvP, M+ or AP farming. In 8.2, it's been about 6-10 hours/day.
How would you describe yourself as a raider?
I'd describe myself as effective and doing what I'm supposed to do and stick to my tasks, as well as always trying to min-max and push my DPS without taking unnecessary risks. Socially I enjoy some friendly banter and having a laugh, but during raid times I try to focus on the task at hand.
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
The most important: BigWigs, Details, WeakAuras and Elkano's BuffBars for CD/proccs management.

Info about you and what you do when not playing WoW:
I'm a newly educated police officer currently looking for a job. In my sparetime I enjoy going to the gym, and some occasional partying and socializing with friends.
Other games I enjoy playing are League of Legends, CS:GO and some Overwatch.
