For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft?
Since the very end of WoD, think I hit max level around Legion pre-patch.
Total played time:
~236 days across most of my more relevant alts, 75 on druid in total. Probably a few more days spread across garbage characters that I never touch.
Time played on current character in current expansion:
55 days at 120, and was the first character I levelled in BfA

Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
Skuld is the only guild I’ve ever been in – I joined in Nighthold when they were pretty much strictly a Heroic-only guild. Part-way through ToS I became raid leader and attempted to push the guild through as much Mythic raid content as possible, which wasn’t that successful in Antorus due to end of expansion burnout. In BfA Skuld achieved 4/8M in Uldir and 5/9M in BoD (on my Mage alt in BoD, so Druid r.io only shows 4/9), and still suffered with some roster and commitment issues. Currently 8/8hc and 3/8m in Eternal Palace.
My primary reason for wanting to leave is that I feel the goals of most of the other guild members and my own do not align that much anymore. I want to achieve CE and be in a competitive, driven guild, but the majority of the guild lacks the commitment and, in many cases, performance to achieve this, and I feel like a lot of the effort I am putting into the game is going to waste – for example farming countless hours for 3 full socketed Benthic pieces, when many people in my current guild haven’t bothered, despite the Benthic gear being sizeable upgrades to any gear they had in those slots. Therefore, I want to join a guild where this effort will be both expected and put to good use by getting CE and pushing world rankings.

Just from being on Silvermoon – you’re a well-established, well-known community on the server.
Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
I want to raid in a high-end guild and remain on Silvermoon, so of course Inner Sanctum is the perfect choice. You should accept me because despite lacking some of the experience that your members and several of your prospective applicants have, I will absolutely make up for this with the effort, preparation and performance on current content that is expected of a raider in a guild such as Inner Sanctum.

Unfortunately not.
What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
Detailed above mostly. As stated, in Legion I mostly raided heroic on my Ele Shaman in Antorus and Mage before that. In BfA, 4/8M on druid in Uldir, 5/9M in BoD on my Mage alt (which we brought in as we required an extra Mage, so I only have 4/9 shown on Druid’s Raider.io), and currently 3/8M in Eternal Palace.
What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum?
A high-quality, competitive environment with fast progress and committed, high-performing raiders. Joking around and being able to have fun is also very important, as it creates a relaxing atmosphere to raid in, but knowing when to knuckle down and kill a boss is equally important in achieving good progress and a decent final ranking. Also, fair treatment of raiders both in terms of being in the roster for certain bosses and loot distribution.

Yes, of course.
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance).
Yes I can. I would almost never miss a raid – if I have to miss a raid at short notice it would definitely be an emergency. Otherwise, any absence would be planned very far in advance and communicated to the officers.
How much do you play outside of raiding times?
A few hours a day during the week, sometimes with a break for one or two days, and often extensively at weekends.
How would you describe yourself as a raider?
High-performing while also being organised and responsive both to calls and boss mechanics, and always striving to improve my personal performance. Furthermore, having been a raid leader for a couple of years, I know the value of preparation both directly related to the raid and in terms of content outside raids - I always go to raid with full knowledge of boss mechanics and ideas of how best to kill it. I make sure I check logs and any VoDs of other Balance druids on bosses, and keep up to date with the Dreamgrove discord to make sure I’m on top of any significant class or playstyle changes. Outside raids, I am fully prepared to farm Mythic+ for the absolute best gear for my character. I also believe I am quite a versatile raider – if needed I can heal or even tank if necessary, or play other ranged specs.
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
Weakauras, Details, Bigwig and Exorsus Raid Tools are the main ones.

https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/id/23899464#I have managed to achieve decent logs despite many people in the raid group not entirely pulling their weight, and also raid leading at the same time, so I believe this shows – at least in part – that I can perform well alongside your current raiders, and I would be excited at the prospect of being tested against your players.
