Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
Geometry - Inadequate raid leading decisions for meaningful mythic progression, some weak players that caused more wipes in progression that necessary.
Eternal Vigilance - Current guild, got cutting edges in Uldir and BoD. Went to this guild to have a better one and to do faster and better progress. This guild has around 15 strong players and the remaining dont perform so well like the others.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
Interested in continuing mythic raiding. I can perform well and do try pushing for an extra edge on fights where able. Also looking to get a hall of fame kill which i dont feel i will be able to do in my current guild

I was a long time pugger but i decided to go for mythic guilds in BFA, its going well so far
What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
Likeminded people who are interested in genuinely improving both on a personal level and as a raid team. I expect great players big chances of realm first and certainly hall of fame alliance
Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes. I use during raids mostly for mechanics and questions but ive always been a bit shy to strangers.
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance).
95% attendance.
How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Depends on my will to grind mounts or, if i have big item upgrades outside of raiding which in this case there's benthic gear.
How would you describe yourself as a raider?
I think I perform well, i hate when I fail a simple mechanic. I will like everybody fail in mechanics the first time we get to a mythic boss. I like being in the top of details bar, i watch POV's and compare logs to learn my class better.
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
BigWigs, Details, WA, EXRT, the usual
