Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
First guild was 'Raven' -Silvermoon. I left them after we had cleared HC Uldir because they were a heroic guild and I wanted to challenge myself with mythic raiding.
Then I joined 'Cursed Gifts' -Silvermoon. With them I was able to achieve cutting edge for both G'hunn and Jaina. However I left them because the guild master was unnecessarily toxic and this was amplified when the raid leader took a break after our Jaina kill, which left the gm to lead the raids on his own.
I recently trialed with 'Shroud' -Silvermoon, for a couple of weeks only to have my trial failed because of mentality clashes. Essentially they didn't like how hard I tried and they thought that my suggestions to make boss kills easier were instead to dps whore.
How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
I keep an eye on well known top guilds, especially those on alliance and Silvermoon, and Inner Sanctum is always up there.
Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
I chose Inner Sanctum because I have heard great things about them and I know them more than other top alliance guilds on Silvermoon. You should accept me because I believe that I have the required mindset and dedication for such a high level of raiding. I am always trying hard to improve my performance and learn more about the harder aspects of the game.
Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you? Not really, although I have raided with Itsyaboydoom in Cursed Gifts, but I don't really know him since that guild was weirdly anti-social.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
Cutting edge mythic progression where everyone in the raid team wants to kill the boss and tries their best to make that as quick and as easy as possible, while still maintaining a non-toxic environment so that it can still be fun for everyone involved.
Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance).
I should be able to maintain 100% attendance and would rarely ever need to miss a raid.
How much do you play outside of raiding times?
I try to complete dailies and weekly's on 2 characters and have interest in mythic+.
How would you describe yourself as a raider?
A dedicated raider that is willing to listen to tactics, provide and take suggestions or criticism and generally perform at a high standard while rarely failing mechanics.
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?

When I am not playing Wow I am mainly playing other games or watching twitch streams and youtube videos. Some of my favourite games, aside from Wow, are League of Legends, Diablo 3, many Co-op Games on Steam, like Borderlands, and strategy games.
