Since I'm rather new to the game I wanted to join a casual guild first to see how I would perform. I made a forum post and got contacted by Asylum Pub and joined their 3 hour 2 day raid for mythic progression, we killed 6/8M in Uldir and 7/9M in BFA with a rather casual raid with many socials. I'm leaving them since I'd like to improve as a player and play with like minded people.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
I started boosting M+ for the Gallywix Community and met some Inner Sanctum players.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
- I enjoyed the Gallywix boosts with Inner Sanctum players
- I watched a lot of HC boosts (either gotoy or pwnsight) and liked the atmosphere in the guild
Obviously boosting and progression is different, but I feel like I'd fit in nicely

- I'm extremely dedicated to every game I play and instantly fell in love with WoW and the grind that comes with it
- I'm available 24/7, two raid days and scuffed progress in the current guild is not enjoyable
I love playing the game and want to prove that I can raid at the top even without excellent raiding
experience, which is currently not possible with a top 50 worst execution guild in almost every boss
fight. I like the people in the guild but would like to play on a higher level
- I enjoy the grind of the game and wouldn't have a problem to farm islands for 8h a day if required.
I also like having more than one character and improving with them, even if that means attacking
the traning dummy for 10 hours
- Even though i'm only playing since ~270 days i've spent about half of them ingame, adding
consumed guides and streams it's probably more than 200 days total

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?
I know some M+ people like Tigersgora and Uggy from M+ boosts for Gallywix, but I doubt that that is enough to vouch for someone.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
6/9M in Uldir
7/9M in Battle for Dazar'alor
10/11M Antorus Transmog Runs (except Eonar, Aggramar pull count: 18)

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
Being able to play the game at the highest level while playing with people who also love the game.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yep.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance).
Yes, with 99% attendance.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
About 4-8 hours per day.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
- Eager, I want to play at the highest level
- Durable, able to wipe 600 times on a boss without tilting, we had a lot of wipes on Opulence because people dropped liquid gold under the boss, which was challeging, since it should be impossible with Weakauras or other addons screaming at you but I remained calm and we were able to kill the boss a day after.
- Able to listen to feedback and improve my gameplay with it

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
I only use Weakauras and Bigwigs to display all the information needed. Exorus Raid Tools for notes.

Not much, I've been playing games all my life, started with Dota when I was about 12 years old and with Counter-strike when I was 14. I'm done with school since late 2018 and have a lot of free time at the moment waiting for uni to start. I like memes and bullying.
