Stardust: Left them because progress got worse and worse, sometimes we couldnt raid because we didn't have 20 players.

Requiem: At the end of Antorus we almost got top 500 world, and in Uldir we didn't get top 700, and at the moment we are 1210 in the world. And we wiped a complete night on Jadefire Masters, what in my opinion shouldn't happen. There have been made some weird decisions about benching people. And people keep making the same mistakes over and over again.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
I scrolled through the guilds on WoWprogress and Inner Sanctum is one of the few alliance guilds that has perfect raiding times for me.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
Why Inner Sanctum: Inner Sanctum has a solid progression, every cutting edge since Emerald Nightmare. It also appears there isn't wasted a lot of time on many stupid mistakes and wiping to them.

Why me: Because I always tries to improve on how to be as good as possible, and love to make progress. And I moved from a really casual mythic raiding guild, to a cutting edge raiding guild. So I know what is expected from raiders. I have no issues by getting benched if there is a better class or person to pick over me for progress. I also have no problem re-rolling since i try to get every class to atleast max lvl.

I don't know anyone from Inner Sanctum.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
Good progression, raiders giving 100% while raiding, no drama. All while keeping a chill raiding environment.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
I have a microphone that works and that I can use during raids.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance).
I barely miss a raid. My attendance in legion was over 90%.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
I do all my weekly stuff, and I'm always up for m+ or pvp outside of raid times.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
I would describe myself as a chill raider, that does everything to optimize damage while still following tactics. I'm also always open for criticism if I can do stuff better.
