Imperium - Nagrand: dedicated a lot of time and effort for BfA, can't say the same for all other ppl. Always respected and go 100% with the decisions made by officers, but seeing how raids became bashing our heads over and over into a boss, slowing the progression hard and throwing blame on ppl left and right, I told the gm feedback about how I thought boss would've been progressed faster if he didn't bench me randomly that night, but my comment was taken as a bm probably (unintended), given how tilted he was at the time, and the focus on demoting me raised trough the roofs.
How I ended up going social is kinda a big, funny and ironic story, and I can go into full details with proof from logs and such if you guys are interested to hear it all.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
I've been here shortly, in Omega Squad for antorus opening, before it disbanded .

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
I've recently been pleasantly surprised seeing IS returning to 3d while looking through my chars, and now since I've waited for tier to end, I decided to slap down here a big app because I've liked the guild a lot in the past.
You should accept me becase I'm an overall solid player (need to prove it to you ofc), can play multiple things up for a competitive progression raiding standard (mostly melee dps tho) and never fail to do my shit.

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?
I see names that I recognize, don't know if its the case in return , and no case of vouching.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
I am currently at 4/8M on the char, but that's because last time I raided was a month ago.
Since I joined the game in 5.2 I raided with irl buddies, didn't do much just 11/14 10 old HC SoO, moved server, 2/7M HM 8/10M BRF 13/13M HFC 7/7M EN 2/3 TOV(before NH release) 10/10M NH 8/9ToS (here all ppl I enjoyed playing with quit the game so I started looking into high skill guilds) and 11/11M ABT

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
I expec a chill, memeful raiding evironment while doing a steady progression worth the time put into it.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes, sometimes there is a lot of noise in my room but should not be an issue.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.

I always plan around the raid times, so never missed one.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
I play as much as I see something worth doing in this game.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
The biggest of the attributes of mine is dedication.Also a big teamplayer, the mvp guy that makes room so others get the benefit of full uptime (ex:vectis add when ppl got 6+ stakcs) ,the only ranks I care are the guild ranks, quickleaner, adaptable and open-minded.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
Weak Auras, Nugcombobar, bigwigs,msbt, bartender,angry assignments.And there are other for esthetics.

I don't see it updated yet, as chest piece I use an uldir one for array stacks, but outside of raiding that proves to be more annoying than usefull. (blessings making laser-matrix proc all the time).
Also the gear hasn't quite been revised for so long, 40str gem is now more worth, and the other should be vers (given the big haste from array now) and the cheap ring enchants still there .

As I mentioned, all logs are from a month+ ago, just 4 mythic kills, 1 of each, dead on 2 of them but none could be avoided realistically, mother and vectis were the guild's progress.
Also as I talked about, I'd like an open chat when going through them, because some things might seem wrong/bad but there is a clear justification for them. (there is only 1 truth and we shall reach it together )

Since this guild had no consistent alt activities (only 2 alt raids made up to today), I kept the alts I leveled just for the purpose of goldmaking, so they might not be relevant gear-wise, but me being able to play them good is not an issue and never will it be.

I may not did a great job on shedding light on all topics that might seem bad on me, again open for discussion since I want this thing to happen.
Why did I play ret? Well to be fair, from beta it seemed a very strong spec, expansion launch till uldir opening - doing good, later into uldir - rip spec.
If 8.1 won't fix the big issues of ret leaving it where it is now, I'm already planning on dusting off the warrior I had here in the guild as a reliable swap, or doing any other class if needed more. I just had to make the app as what I played now.
