[b]General info Character name: Zambingo Battletag: Bazinga#2620 Race, class, server: Nelf, Druid, Silvermoon Talent spec: Balance, Resto For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft? 13 years Total played time: roughly 500 days Time played on current character in current expansion: 21 days 9 hours Guild and raid info Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them: Skipped legion. Started raiding somewhat seriously in mists of pandaria in a danish world 300 [Superbia] (world 150 10 man) and finished Throne of Thunder in that rank. Stopped playing before SoO and got back at the end of it to join a world 1000 guild. Played in a world 600 danish guild [The art of losing] for the first tier but the guild disbanded during BRF, went on to play in various world 150 guilds during warlords of draenor finished Blackrock Foundry world 150 [Gorilla Warfare]. Progressed some of HFC until Bird boss where i was replaced, raided until Xhul'horac in Transcend, stopped playing due to demotivation. Started playing again around end of WoD and asked for a social spot in malorum but ended up getting tagged along for some archimonde a couple of times. (Didn't progress it) How did you hear about Inner Sanctum? I've known of it since I moved to silvermoon back in WoD Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU? Inner sanctum because It's around the level I would like to play at. Inner sanctum should accept me because I Work hard to improve myself and have good knowledge of my class and current encounters. Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you? I've played with Baru, Lathira and Josh back in Gorilla Warfare days, who's to say ?  What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)? Current tier 3/8M 8/8HC 13/13M HFC (Post Progress) 10/10M , 7/7HM (6/7 progress) 13/13H (25) SoO (Post Progress) 13/13H (10) ToT 7/7H Mogushan vaults (10), 3/4H ToES (10), 4/6H HoF (10) What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum To learn fights reasonably fast and wipe mostly due to a boss being difficult rather than due to 50% of the raid underperforming. Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids? Yes Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week. Yes and at the moment there's no reason for me not to attend. How much do you play outside of raiding times? Too much. How would you describe yourself as a raider? Eager to perform and minmax, self critical about my cd timings, wasted gcds etc. I mostly shut up during encounters unless i have some personal responsibility that requires me to call something. What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
