My current guild is Winters Heart, I would like to push to raid at as high progress as possible. Winters Heart just doesn't want to do that. So, I am looking for something else.

I am committed to raiding, reliable, and can play multiple classes. I am happy to take on extra responsibility in raids.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
I started raiding in WoTLK. In Cata, I raided with friends clearing content on HC. For MoP and WoD I played very casually. In Legion, I started with the same friends from Cata reaching EN M6/7 NH M7/10. Looking for greater progress I moved to Silvermoon, I joined Judge first however, real-life commitments stopped me raiding on Wednesdays so I joined Bad Alts for the rest of ToS reaching 7/9 Mythic. Once my Wednesdays opened up I joined Winters Heart and kept playing in Bad Alts in Antorus I got CE in both guilds.
What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
Consistent progress and a good atmosphere.
Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes and happy to communicate.
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
I regularly run M+ and play most nights of the week.
How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Progress driven, calm and able to adapt quickly. I always come prepared for a tier and ensure to keep at least one raid ready alt (currently priest).
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
Elvui, Bigwigs, WeakAuras, Exorsus raid tools.
