Post subject:  [Declined] Inverse - Warlock - Main Team

General info
Character name: Inverse
Battletag: Someguy#2744
Race, class, server: Nightborne, Warlock, Kazzak
Talent spec: Affliction atm, but can play all three specs and will pick whatever is best for the content at hand.

For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft?
Been playing WoW on and off since around the second month of vanilla.

Total played time: 43 days 5 hours on this char, since I have a ton of other chars I wouldn't be able to get a total for the account (although I'm assuming the question is just for current char)

Time played on current character in current expansion: 24 days

Guild and raid info
Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them: I'll just list guilds I've been in since legion I guess since I'm assuming listing everything might make this section a bit bloated.

Legion:
Hordecore: Casual guild with some irl friends that I've been a part of since cata. Left them when I decided to continue raiding in WoW so would need to join active guilds.

Victus: During the last 5 months of Legion they moved to Kazzak from Bladefist and promised a hardcore raiding guild with top 400 ranks and I ended up joining them for BFA.
I left the guild due to the really demanding raid schedule with very poor results, along with the guild and raid being a very toxic environment in general.

BFA:
Eldritch: Applied to this guild when I decided to leave Victus due to the issues metioned above. They disbanded after killing Mythic Zul so I had to go elsewhere to continue raiding.

Hoax: Joined them about a day after leaving Eldritch to continue raiding. We killed Mythic Zul and they decided to stop raiding but remain a social guild. So I decided to just stay in their discord but move to different guilds since I was still interested in raiding.

Aurora Nox: They were looking for warlocks to progress through Mythrax and G'huun so I ended up applying to them. They've been unable to get 4 warlocks for G'huun, and with the changes that led to me being benched constantly. While I do not mind being benched, sitting out for about 8-10 hours a week while staying on call to watch the guild progress wasn't exactly what I signed up for with a 3 day raiding guild.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
I heard about Inner Sanctum way back in TBC when a guild in my server called Numen that were ahead of us in progression ended up leaving to Silvermoon for a merger (or atleast that's what I remember).

After my guild in Wildhammer disbanded I moved to silvermoon to raid casually since it was a pretty good raiding server in general. During Wrath I got along with a few Inner Sanctum members in whatever little content I did. Only name I remember is Dragonkimber unfortunately. This did leave me with a very positive impression of the guild though.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
Was talking with a friend about how I wanted to move back to Alliance so I decided to look up guilds in Silvermoon and noticed you guys were recruiting and knew I wanted to try to be a part of the guild due to positive experience with the guild back when I was in Silvermoon.

I feel like I should be given a trial due to my prior experience as a raider and my performance as a player. I have experience in high end raiding on all roles except tank (which I would love to fix at some point in the future, but that has nothing to do with this app I guess).

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you? Unfortunately, No

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?

Vanilla: Cleared Molten Core - Zul'Gurub - Ahn'Qiraj 20 - First 2 bosses in BWL

TBC: Cleared Kara, Gruul, Maggy, TK (After a few kael nerfs), SSC, Mount Hyjal, Black Temple, First 2 bosses in Sunwell. Guild disbanded early into Sunwell, shortly after the final wing opened.

WOTLK: Cleared Naxx, Maly, Sarth 3D 10 man, Ulduar 25 (Normal only), ToC, ICC (Normal only)

Cata: Cleared Normal BoT - BWD - TO4W - Firelands (Normal and 5/7 HC) - 5/8 Dragon Soul Normal

MoP: Cleared Normal Mogushan Vaults - Heart of Fear - Siege of Orgrimmar (Cleared Flex and Normal)

Warlords of Draenor: Just cleared normal highmaul and quit shortly after due to not enjoying the expansion.

Legion: EN (Heroic) - ToV (Heroic) - Nighthold (Heroic) - Tomb of Sargeras (Heroic) - Antorus (Heroic and 6/11 Mythic)

BFA: Uldir (Heroic and 6/8 Mythic and experience with first phase G'huun Mythic)

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
A solid raiding guild that would offer solid progression on a 3 day raiding schedule along with a community I can enjoy doing content outside of raids with such as M+ or whatever else people end up doing.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.

I should be able to attend all raid days as I make sure to balance my schedule around my raid days. If anything ever comes up I always let people know well in advance that I can't make it to raid on specific days.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
These days I tend to play about 3-4 hours daily outside of raid times. But I tend to play a lot more, especially when I'm in an active community, or if guilds run a lot of Mythic +.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
As a raider I describe myself as a dedicated player who constantly strives to improve both in terms of my class or role knowledge, and how to optimize fights as a whole. I always try to do what is required of me as a member of a team, be it specific things in encounters or what class and/or spec I should play for the sake of progression and optimal group comps.

As a minor note I tend to love discussing boss fights with members of the same class as me and I try to look up logs between raids to see if there are any ways I can improve my performance.
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
Deadly Boss Mods, Weak Auras, Exorsus Raid Tools, AngryAssignments. I also tend to ask in advance if the guild uses any specifc addons and download them.

Please supply combat logs of some of your previous kills:

Please supply a link to the armory of any relevant alts you're playing:
I unfortunately don't have any relevant alts atm. However, if it is required I can get started on an alt and would pick a specific class that's needed by the guild.

Real life info
Name: Mohammed Zarooni
Age: 25
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Info about you and what you do when not playing WoW: I recently graduated from University recently and aside from WoW and random other games/mmos I don't really do anything special IRL.

Extra Info:
While it isn't exactly needed I feel like I should point out that during the past 3 years I had quit playing WoW to play a different mmo, Final Fantasy XIV. While I was playing FF, I was a part of at the time the top 7th world guild and was the raid leader of the Semi Hardcore Team (Groups in that game require 8 people so you had a lot of groups).

During my time playing FFXIV, I've had top 30 world ranks in several raid tiers.

Just figured I should maybe point out some raiding experience outside of WoW incase it would help with showing my experience as a raider in MMOs.

Also if needed my discord tag is Someguy#2597.

Hello Inverse,

We don't think you'd be able to challenge our locks for their spot, which is why we will not offer you a trial.

Best of luck in your guild search,

Inner Sanctum officers
