Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
Your progression is impressive. I'm a serious player who wants to beat the hardest content before the next tier is unleashed. I'm focused, mature and can attend at least 95% of the raids. I'll listen to commans.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
4/8M Uldir. I raided hardcore in EQ2 for 5 years and had all content on farm there.
What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
An effective raiding environment. Like minded people who want to progress while having fun.
Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes, I'm not a very vocal person though, but can talk and will talk more in M+ dungeons etc.
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.
I'll expect to attend 100% of the raids.
How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Alot. Have home office.
How would you describe yourself as a raider?
I don't give up, and will try my best always. I might do a mistake, but I'll learn from it. I try to understand the encounter fully and where I should be in order to perform at max. As much as I want to do DPS, I try to minimize damagen taken and avoid taxing the healer resources.
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
WA, DBM, Raven, GTFO, Angry Assignment etc.
