I haven't been in a serious guild until Curtain call, which i joined just before bfa launch and i leave it now as it disbanded the 16. of oct. (yesterday of writing this)

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
Inner Sanctum is one of the few guilds that are looking for a resto druid, and as i have been maining resto druid since the launch of legion, i have gotten a pretty good understanding of my class and the healer role. Besides from that i am a friendly social player, i don't have a tendency to rage, and can take criticism.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
Have been raiding on and off since cataclysm, but didn't get into serious raiding until legion, but have since then strived for curves, although i wasn't able to get into mythic raiding until bfa, due to not having a guild. My current progress with Curtain Call is 3/8M due to being benched on 2 bosses for composistion purposes.
What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
Raiding with more focused players, you're currently raiding less hours than my guild and is achieving more, so i hope to see the reason for this.
Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.
My working schedule is on a 6 weeks roll, meaning for every 6 weeks, i work both a day and a night shift on each of the days of the week, with about 3 shifts each week. However it is only the nightshifts that will hinder me from raiding, so i should be more than capable of having a 80% attendance.
How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Right now wow is the main thing that i play, so about 5+ hours every day.
How would you describe yourself as a raider?
I always try to do my best and constantly keep myself updated on changes for my class, role or other changes that might have an affect on me as a player.
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
For raiding i use DBM, Angry assignments, Exorsus Raid Tools to keep track on healer cd's, grid2 that i set up myself with clique for healing, Bartender for keybinding, and a Weak Aura for my spells.
