I've been playing since end cata, started out casually but eventually in WoD picked it up to mythic raiding.
Total played time: 64 Days on this character and 113 days on my warlock which used to be my main till Legion.

Shroud - Getting stuck on progression
Suit and Tie - Stopped raiding, Eventually the guild got disbanded
Friday Night lights - Raid leader stopped playing on the team wasn't picked up which resulted in alot of people leaving.
The Burning Orb - Guild broke up.

Because Inner sanctum is the guild i've seen high for a long time and currently i feel like i can live up to expectations that are required to be part of a good guild like Inner sanctum, i thrive to always improve myself and try to learn from my misplays if they happen.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
A Healthy raid environment where i can perform to my fullest and expect other raiders to stay updated with their class and are like my always eager to improve.
Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes, i have a microphone and will used it if it could be useful when raiding.
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.
Yes i would be able to make these raid times consistently.
How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Mostly in the weekends or when i get home from work
How would you describe yourself as a raider?
A silent raider but when i notice something that could improve i would bring it up and see what other think of it.
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
Mostly DBM, Weakauras, Exorsus Raid Tools, Furthermore i use Details - My Spells to check out if some trinkets work out better than others.
