[b]General info
Character name: Sce
Battletag: Affinity#2511
Race, class, server: Blood Elf Paladin, Tarren Mill
Talent spec: Holy

For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft?
Since Burning Crusade with some breaks inbetween, skipped most of Legion entirely.

Total played time:
On my Monk atm 89 days, probably the same on my Priest which I played before Monk was introduced. On my Paladin I've been playing every single day -- started end of Legion.

Time played on current character in current expansion:
My Paladin at 120: 12 days

Guild and raid info
Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
Most notable guilds:
Conspire on Al'Akir, was a pretty hardcore minded guild raiding 5-6 days a week. We had several top 90 kills during MoP (Mogushan Vaults).
After Conspire I decided I only wanted to raid 3 days. I joined Aurora at the start of WoD and cleared Highmaul / BRF with them. It was a top ~250ish ranked guild with strict 3d scheduele.
After Aurora I joined Pure during HFC. Also a strict 3d guild ranked ~140ish at that time.
Unfortunately I had to abandon them due to some real life occurances, which is why I skipped Legion entirely. I came back at the end of Legion and decided to play something "new" for me, so I boosted a holy Paladin.

Currently in Uldir killed 4/8 Mythic and progressed Fetid til ~3%. I joined Bad Luck only a few days before Uldir released. I didn't actually want to join them because I know them from a different realm a few years ago, and their environment was very toxic. I discussed this openly with the GM and they didn't really need me, but they knew me from before aswell which is why they decided to let me play with them. But they make raiding like a job and they kept inviting people to the guild to see if they can find better players, running like 15 trialists at this point. After running in a discussion with the officers it was really obvious it's not the guild for me.
Generally it was the COMPLETE opposite kind of environment compared to Pure,

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
Wowprogress, it's been a known name for many years. I remember almost applying a few years ago but then recruitment wasn't open for a healer.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
I am currently urgently looking for a place to raid. I'm pretty much up to date with current progression except for Zul and onwards.
I'm an easy going guy which adapts well to any kind of environment. I'm a quick leaner and I'll always be open for positive criticism as one thing I highly value is my own performance. I don't get easily annoyed or frustrated with other people, for me it's more important that I'm not the one screwing up. It's also not my role in the guild to criticise other people their performance, that's what officers are for.

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?
I don't think I know anyone.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
I pretty much cleared almost every raid on the hardest difficulty throughout WoW.
One thing to note is that I always and only played healing classes. Starting as Holy / Disc Priest, to Miswteaver Monk for since it got introduced. Currently playing a Holy Paladin.
WoD was the best raiding experience for me since Aurora and Pure were both guilds with a very healthy environment, great atmosphere, good players, progression minded while keeping a strict 3d scheduele.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
Playing with people who min-max their character in order for the team to achieve better results. Players who come prepared to raids, and and officer team who works out the plans (tactics, usage of CD's, ...). One thing I dislike is 20 people proposing different tactics, I'm not sure how that is being handled in IS, but a good officer team does make a huge difference.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.
It will be really occasionally that I would ever miss a raid, so 80% is deffinately NOT a problem.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Depends on a lot of things. Since I'm 30, married and working long days, I have to be sure to balance it out. I do try to play every day just because I want to, it usually depends if my wife is working or not (she works in shifts).

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
On my Monk I used to provide GREAT healing throughput. In HFC I had multiple 80-90% percentiles and also generally making little mistakes. I will typically not make the same mistake twice.
I am however a passive player, I will "usually" not get involed with discussing tactics. I will be 100% prepared knowing my class and fulfilling expectations. With being passive I mean I'm not a leader type of guy. I trust other people better to explain how we will handle a bossfight, and I will make sure I execute the strategy as best as possible.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
Vuhdo raid frames, Details, Shadowed unit frames, weakauras, ...

Logged out with healing gear, should be updated soon. Currently 374,85 ilvl equipped.

Please supply combat logs of some of your previous kills:
Bad Luck didn't log much, also they were never made public.
I do however have logs from back in Legion (hellfire cavern). I'm not sure if those are of any intrest. If they are, I can deffinately look them up and provide them.

Please supply a link to the armory of any relevant alts you're playing:
No alts atm as I try to focus on min-maxing 1 character.

Real life info
Name: Koen
Age: 30
Location: Belgium
Info about you and what you do when not playing WoW: I work as an IT Consultant. Typically long days. When I get home around 18.00 I usually don't like to start raiding at 19.00, which is why 20.00 starting hour is perfect for me.

------------------

I do want to add some additional info:
I have many years of raiding and healing experience. I performed very well in my last guild Pure, where they mentioned they were really happy they recruited me.
I am/was a true master of AoE healing on my Monk, which was back then more complex when we still had Chi.

On my Paladin I'm getting way lower percentiles than I'm happy with. I do analyze my playstyle and I know where I need to improve, it's mainly small things like keeping Judgment and Bestow Faith on CD. I also do tend to throw a few heals too many directly at tanks, which is inefficient.

Also, I'm not having as much fun raiding on my Paladin as I have been on my Monk back in the days. I did start leveling it up and will get it to 120 ASAP. What I would like to say is, I would be willing to reroll Monk if IS would be intrested in that. I have no doubts or insecurities continuing my Paladin, but I do feel I made a wrong choice and should have went Mistweaver. The downside is obviously that it is not geared yet, which shouldn't really be too much of a problem depending on good RNG.

Thanks for reading.

Hello.

We wish to offer you a trial, but we would like you to play Mistweaver. We need a healer now however, as our second holy paladin is leaving us after this reset and we need a strong healer to progress on Mythrax. You will be accepted now as a holy paladin. but over time we would like you to transition into Mistweaver since thats the spot we really need filled. It will take time to gear your monk but we will help you with that.

If this is fine with you, you can whisper any officer in-game for an invite to the guild.

Nikapp, Inner Sanctum officer team.
