Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
I'm looking for a guild who progresses quickly on a semi-hardcore schedule, I want to go back to seeing the endgame content in the hardest mode compared to the guild I'm in now who currently struggle to do that.
Why me? I'm always looking to improve and make the max out of my class, while also pulling off mechanics.

I don't think I do

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
Uldir - 8/8hc and 2/8 mythic on my monk, pretty happy with how things are going on my monk as it's the first time I've mained it in a raid.
Antorus - 10/11 mythic - played WoD and Legion on my mage (first in Scrubz then in Go Defensive), Scrubz was pretty hardcore but disbanded before Guldan. I took a little break before joining back to Go Defensive for a more casual raid experience.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
I'm looking for a guild who can progress current content and clear it in a quick manner on a non 7 night a week schedule. Also looking for a prepared and controlled guild with a good structure.

Yes

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
I'm on most nights probably a couple of hours each night, sometimes more, for a few mythic+ /alt raids.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Someone who looks to make the most of what their class can do to better the raid. Probably jinxing myself, but I feel I rarely make mechanic mistakes and can be relied upon.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
Elvui, weakauras, bigwigs, details
