[b]General info Character name: Cadryn Battletag: Valicera#2701 Race, class, server: Night elf, Demon hunter, Silvermoon Talent spec: Havoc For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft? I've played World of Warcraft since I was a little child in vanilla, mostly together with my dad, have played on my own since WotLK actively. Total played time: 132 days on my DH. Time played on current character in current expansion: 15 days 10 hours at 120. Guild and raid info Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them: I raided with Curtain Call start BFA, however I did not really like their raiding attitude nor voice coms, people were half-slacking on potions during mythic progression, kept dying to simple mechanics and made nothing but a big laugh out of it, it wasn't very enjoyable nor progressive. How did you hear about Inner Sanctum? I've previously raided in Inner Sanctum, and back then I found em on wowprogress. Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU? Inner Sanctum is a great guild with great people, at least that was my impression back in Nighthold, the progression was super nice and enjoyable. Recently I found out that the guild was still running and have raided since I took a break from WoW. You should accept me, because I'm ambitious about raiding, I know my class and I know the encounters I am facing and will face. I never turn up unprepared to a raid. Back when I raided with you, I got very stressed and didn't behave at my best. Which I've now improved and therefore I apply. Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you? I've raided with some of the people that I can see from doing /who Inner Sanctum, I'm not sure if they would vouch for me, as it's about 1 and a half year ago, but I recognize many of the names. What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)? Past experience: 7/7M Emerald Nightmare, 2/3M Trial of Valor w/ best try 10% Helya. Nighthold 9/10M with you, burned out on Gul'dan progression and M+ farming, but you killed it 2 weeks later. I didn't play ToS, and came back early summer, with best try Argus 3% (I was 5/11M from pugs/random guildgrps, and then joined a guild on Argus progression, I had about 300 wipes) Currently I am 8/8HC in Uldir, purely from pugging, and got 2/8M with Curtain Call, we didn't get much progress on Zek'vos, but I've catched the fight. What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum I expect a nice atmosphere, just as I remember it from Nighthold, I really enjoyed the progression and it was definitely my favorite raid for sure. I hope I can get a fresh start and show that I've improved, but it's obviously fine if it isn't possible. Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids? Yep I do have, and I'm vocal whenever needed, communication and theorycrafting is super important on encounters, and definitely min-maxing raid cooldowns like Darkness (for DH's) is also important. Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week. I can attend all the raids with no exception, I will have 100% attendance if given the chance to join. How much do you play outside of raiding times? I play a lot, I really enjoy BFA atm with the new refreshing M+ content and PvP being somewhat fun again for me to enjoy. I really think the expansion gives lots of opportunities and a very broad range of gameplay possibilities. How would you describe yourself as a raider? I describe myself as a reliable raider, that doesn't fail to execute mechanics and b rings a positive attitude for an encounter. I don't mind wiping countless times, as I do know Mythic bosses are a tougher deal that takes practice and proper execution. What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance? Outside of raid addons like ERT, AngryAssignments, I use Weakauras and custom made UI through Elvui. I also use DeadlyBossMods for encounters ofcourse. I've changed a lot, so if any reconsiders in terms of giving a chance is discussed, I would be very happy and able to prove such, however I respect your decision if it is the final call. |
