General info Character name: Anonimous Battletag: #JaQtae2842 Race, class, server: Night Elf, Rogue, Silvermoon EU Talent spec: Sublety For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft? Since late TBC, but I only ever got into raiding in WotLK as a casual and more hardcore-ish in MoP and WoD due to PvP interest, to which I catered in that time period, declining on the platform as a whole. Total played time: 239 days, and across 4 rogues on different servers that I've mained at some point it's 150 days Time played on current character in current expansion: 5 days 12 hours, since I've mained ret for my guild since I was asked to do so. Guild and raid info Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them: Casual until WoD late, forgot guild name sadly. Guild disbanded due to no progress in HFC and turmoil/drama in the guild. After that I've been pugging mostly, and haven't been clearing with a guild also due to school times and my parents being harsh back then. "The Whimsicals": Current guild, half of guild is transferring to horde and we have no stable, core roster, which has been a general theme throughout Antorus progression with some dropping off and plenty of people finding it hard to stay motivated. We managed to clear up till Coven and even came close to killing her, and would've, but our core roster and members flaked, leaving us with trials that usually didn't cut it. We raided 2 times a week from 20-23. The reason I want to leave is because I don't feel like our guild is cut out to be as hardcore as I want it to be, with more raiding days, too. How did you hear about Inner Sanctum? During my time on Silvermoon I have seen different characters from Inner Sanctum, and moreover from Wowprogress. Moreover back on Outland when I started having friends that PvE'd and becoming more PvE oriented again, I heard them talking about the guild being good both socially and raiding-wise. Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU? In the aforementioned, I believe that I have demonstrated knowledge not only of the guild beforehand - not being a fanboy nor a guild-hopper, if that's a word - and I hope I can prove that I do have skills to match that of the hardcore environment I seek in IS. I can offer close to 100% attendance, commitment to doing what's needed and asked of me, and I avidly offer as well as take feedback of any kind. Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you? I currently do not, no. I hope to change that.  What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)? I have been raiding as a tank Paladin in WoD, to no real surmountable succes really. I raided in WotLK for my friend's uncle's guild which I fail to remember. I killed some of the reclear bosses (They'd allow me 1-3 as I did ok dps on my DK), but I was barely a teen at the time, so I wasn't really much more than that. I PvP'd more than I PvE'd until end of WoD, but moreso Legion actually. In Legion I came back to the game, from a lot of schoolwork, whenever Nighthold came out. I joined a previous PvP'er gone PvE's guild, which I also can't remember... We cleared a couple of mythic bosses, up till Elisande. This was on my Demon Hunter. I also did this with my Horde rogue on Draenor. Moreover I want to state that I do have ahead of the curve for most raids ever since WoD, but that was through pugging. My irl friends transferred to Silvermoon after ToS. I took my PvP rogue from Outland here, as I was still unsure about whether things on Draenor would turn out better. I applied to Whimsicals and got a spot after 3 weeks of trial, on my ret paladin. I've raided there since, and as I said we cleared until 13% on Coven with a broken roster.  What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum I'm looking for a guild that has equivalent standards for raiding environment and has a motivated core roster to clear the current tier on Mythic in a competative timeframe, as well as a funny, friendly and banter-accepting community. Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids? I do indeed. Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week. I should definitely be close to 100% participation, and I will deliver notice in due time those times I may not be able to make it. My attendance in my current guild is somewhere in the mid 90's %. How much do you play outside of raiding times? Since I have ended school I do use my free time playing, aside from the gym. I usually mess around with simming, reading up on theorycrafting in regards to my spec and otherwise watching streams. I would like to try and optimize my characters gear. Moreover, I really enjoy M+ both for fun and for pushing. I have yet to boost, but only because of instability and unwillingness to play the game outside of raidtimes in my guild. I also play some games for distraction, not getting burned out. I also try to get transmog and what not if I have absolutely nothing to do. How would you describe yourself as a raider? As a raider, you would like to hear about, I have only been in Legion really. I don't bring fantastic amounts of experience, but I do bring a positive mindset focused on solving the immediate problem ahead (usually the bossfights, heh) and I learn mechanics easily. Wiping is natural, and whining is a deteriorative mood both individually as socially. I am known for giving feedback if I believe something can be changed for the better. Other than selfimproving continuously, that's basicly it. What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
