Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:

Well, most of the guilds i've been raiding with - are not existing anymore. Most of the still existing guilds are Russian. All Vanilla and half of TBC i was in an old Russian guild (that doesn't exist anymore: Nurfed-Warsong). During the Hyjal, BT and Sunwell content i was in Top1 Russian guilds. In WotLK i was playing casual. In Cataclysm and the first year of MoP i was a payed RL in a casual guild. Then i joined a guild from the Top15 in the world. But this guild doesn't exist anymore or it's renamed. In Draenor i was again a payed RL in a semi-casual guild (we got to Mannoroth Mythic). During Legion i've changed 3 guilds: 1st i was in a Russian guild where people knew me from long long time. 2nd was a Bulgarian guild. 3rd one is the guild that i'm currently in - Seriously Casual.
Reasons to leave them:
Nurfed-Warsong i left because after the sponsors quit playing - the guild progress crumbled away.
That Top1 Russian guild from Hyjal, BT and Sunwell - i left, because after the kill of KJ - the guildmaster/raidleader quit the game and disappeared in the RealLife.
WotLK doesn't need to be mentioned, expect the fact that i was Leading my own 10ppl static with which we made FULL 10men content, including Yogg+0, Tribute to Dedicated Insanity (10men without a wipe in a gear limited to 232ilvl). Then Lich King with only 5% buff. And of course Ruby Sanctum heroic on the 2nd week after the release)
Both casual guilds where i was a payed RL - i left them when they didn't need a RL anymore.
That world Top15 guild which doesn't exist anymore - i left because the guild was doing 3 boost runs everyweek (for real money) and only the GM and few of the officers was receiving money from that. While raiders didn't get payed for the boosts, but if an item that you need drops - you don't get it if the customer needs it aswell. So i simply didn't had any reason to stay, except the RaidProgress which can be made with so many other guilds, in a more fair environment.
In Legion i left the Russian guild simply because i wanted to play a bit with English speaking players. I still have my good relations with this guild and i even have Alts there.
The 2nd guild, the Bulgarian one - was a newborn guild. I went there to play with a RealLife Friend. But after a few raids with them it was obvious that the leading stuff was very unexperienced, very arrogant, sometimes even vulgar. I left the because i was sure they wont be able to make progress. And they didn't. The guild died right after Imonar
And my current guild i want to change it - simply because i'm not used to play on a so DeadServer as Neptulon's group is. The time on Neptulon is my worst WoW experience, counted from the Beta of Vanilla.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?

I was looking in WoWProgress for high populated Ally realms and Halo was one of the top guilds on the server which is recruiting.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?

It's an Ally guild on a highly populated realm. And the guild is very oldschool as am i. And of course - the guild progress per raids spend is awesome.
Why me? Because i'm also an oldschool player with experience from EVERY PvE boss that is or has been in the game(Including the Atiesh demon in Stratholm). Most of the "new" boss mechanics are not that new to me. Just their colors and animations are different (talking about all kind of zones on the floor, debuffs that rather needs to split damage from them or simply run out of the raid with them, stuff like break the chains, yes this time they are red, not blue ). And also because i still have my connections with my old friends, who are still hardcore players and still in world top guilds, and i can use these connections to get advice for better raid progression.

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?

No, i don't think i know anyone from the guild.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?

Vanilla - Everything except: Vicidus (only 1 ally guild killed him in Vanilla) and C'Thun in AQ40. And without Gothic, Horsemen, Saphiron and Kel'Thuzad in Naxx40.
TBC - Full contents
WotLK - Everything except: Anub'Arak 25men and Lich King 25men.
Cataclysm - Everything except: Al'Akir 25men Sinestra 25men and Ragnaros 25men.
MoP - MSV, HoF, ToES and ToT - just a few bosses in Heroic. But SoO i've made Full and farmed it with Multiple characters. Also made the MoP CMs Gold with multiple characters.
Draenor - HM, BRF - just a few bosses in Mythic. HFC - Full Mythic (up to Manno with the guild i was a payed RL in). And Draenor CMs Gold with multiple characters.
Legion - EN, NH, ToV - full Mythic. ToS - just a few bosses in Mythic (during the ToS content my grandma got HeartAttack and i wasn't able to play much). In Antorus i got 10/11M progress kills and got Argus to 7%.


What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum?

First of all - slot for the progress raids, i want to be part of the wipe experience. Not to be a fillout for the farm raids after the progress is done. Fair attitude to me, especially about constructive criticism. I expect to be told when i've made a mistake. But also expect to not be blamed for other's mistakes.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?

Yes, i do have microphone. And i'm willing to use it before raids, during raids and after the raids too

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.

Yes, i can attend in almost all raids. I'm planning for at least 90% of the raids. But i will keep 10% for ForceMajors in real life (a.k.a emergencies)

How much do you play outside of raiding times?

8+ hours a day during new Expansions/Contents/Patches. 4+ hours during farm times. 6-7 days per week.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?

Strict, observant, curious, and none the less i like lifting the raider's spirit with humor and sarcasm lots of sarcasm

I was playing a 2nd DH on different account as an Alt, in case something happens to my main so i can still fill my raid slot. Haven't played the character after i left the semi-hardcore guild i was in.
