Preamble:
I have been a warrior for most of Legion; I would like to main Rogue in BfA so I am apply with my Rogue. Fury is starting to give me RSI hence why I'm looking to reroll to something a bit slower. I will link both my Rogue and Warrior's armory and logs.

Been playing since around the end of Ulduar. I have been raiding since ICC.

I have been in and raiding with Rome in a Day since ICC and have seen various roles throughout my time in Rome. Despite my long tenure in Rome I have decided it is time for me to move on. As the fights are getting harder the disparity in skill between the better and worse players is becoming limiting. It feels as if I am putting in a disproportionate amount of effort in compared to a growing portion of the raid team both inside and outside of raids. Having been in the guild for such a long time I know that Rome has never been about aiming to clear a tier, more killing what we can in the time we raid and as such that disparity in skill is not something that will change. Hence I feel the only way forward is for me to apply to a different team with goals more closely aligned to mine.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
Having played on Silvermoon for as long as I have it's hard not to have heard about Inner Sanctum.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
As I said in my reasons for leaving my current guild I am looking for a raid team where my goals are aligned with the rest of the roster, somewhere where everyone is putting in similar amounts of effort; I believe I will find that in Inner Sanctum. I considered several guilds who have cleared each tier this expansion and ultimately decided to try for Inner Sanctum as your raid times suit me. Personally I consider myself a competent player not only at DPSing but also at understanding and executing fights; I can offer insight and take constructive criticism. I rarely make fatal mistakes and when I do they are few and far between.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
I have played across many characters over the years, generally sticking to one for the whole expansion. I may have the characters a bit mixed up in the early tiers as it was almost 9 years ago so my memory is a bit fuzzy on the specifics.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
A raid team that is determined and reliable with everyone comes raids prepared and with a good understanding of their class and the encounters. I also hope to find a group of people who enjoy M+ and want to do keys beyond their +15.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Yes and yes. In Rome I have often been assigned to calling a particular mechanic and have had no problems with doing so.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.
I can meet all raiding times and rarely miss raids.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Currently I am playing very little outside of raids as it is that end of expansion drought. I do a few M+s when I see groups going (and would do more if I there was more guild groups). Earlier in the expansion I was doing my utmost to do things like get my optimal legendaries and unlocking all artifact traits.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
I always thought of myself to be a consistent and reliable raider. I rarely make fatal mistakes and when I do they are few and far between. I achieve this whilst putting out competitive numbers. I do not like to be the weakest link so do everything possible to let that not be the case.

Externally I use Raidbots to do my simming and WoWAnalyzer to look at things I may be doing wrong.
