Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
Right before Naxxramas 60 patch came out I've joined Alliance guild Forte fighting for world best ranks with them until end of TBC. I was the time when guild died becouse of late Muru kill. I was playing warrior tank/dps back then.
Until lCC release I was playing with friends in some semi hardcore guild. I left it for project called <Signum>. It was a guild made by best polish players to achieve high world ranks. In this guild I was raid leader and person responsible for alomost everything. Guild progress was around 20-500 world rank under my lead. I left this guild in march 2017 becouse of in-game issues and dramas casued by diffrences of guild future plans by other officers. Since 2017 I was playing casual in some random guilds until a total quit in april 2018. I've made decission to not play WoW anymore and did something I regret. A month ago I've came back becouse there were some plans of cleaning up and rebuilding <SIgnum>. Those plans failed anyway as I didnt see any chance of making a guild that we wont be ashamed of. Me and 2 friends decided to change realm and play new expansion on alliance side and Silvermoon-EU.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
I've heard about this guild in TBC times where ranks started to be more "official"?

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
I've chosen IS becouse it's a guild with old school players and from what I've heard mature attitude. This guild has a history and if im going to raid I would rather be a part of that guild than deal with some 15 y old screamers.

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?
No idea, I've just heard some rumours from some1 who is not a guild member.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
Vanilla TBC - top world rank
Wotlk - I've cleared all but ranks are not really worth to mention.
Cata - started in world top30 ended in top100
Pandas - started also in top 20-30 ended around world 400
Wod - started around world 200
Legion - (rather casual raiding) we were around 600-700 world rank until I've quit the guild. I've killed all until 5/11 mythic Antorus + done around 50 pulls on argus mythic.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
Playing on decent lvl as a guild. I know that guild don't have to raid 24/7 to achieve a good rank as long as players are not wasting time for themself and others.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Of course.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.
I can raid every day.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
I do play a lot becouse I'm working home.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Always prepared Well I had to be the one who is doing everyting properly from pull no.1. Otherwise I would have no respect as a raid leader.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
Depends whats up to a date. Mainly Tell me when, weak auras, dbm/bigwigs, ora3, castbars, grid + addons required for a class and spec I was playing.

I have 2 characters at the moment - paladin and warrior(what you need) but I can play almost every class and spec at very high level. The only stuff I dislike is healing.
