Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
( I'll start from MoP and upwards, didnt really raid seriously until then )
Mist of Pandaria:
Formed my own guild in SoO, which went on to WoD, we disbanded about a month or so into Highmaul, since i wanted something more hardcore, and rest of the roster didnt see it that way. So i joined Ecology on Kazzak EU. raided with them for most of Highmaul and BRF. I went casual when we got to Blackhand due to alot of work and me not feeling it as much. So i moved to Silvermoon, where i started my own guild again. Which just disbanded after a while since the lack of people playing the game, and people were loosing interest in the game. i joined Archetype ( oh dear god yes ) We cleared HFC Mythic. And that didnt go well, due to a management issues. (lets call it that).
Legion:
Joined Cryptic, we we're struggeling, due to having awful tanks, and just in general immature officers in that guild. I left and joined The Highborns. Which went really well. Super nice guild, but into Nighthold we ended up disbanding due to roster issues and people wanted other things.
I then went on a break, until Mid ToS, where i joined the guild Carnage Inc. Where i got promoted to officer quite quickly, and the guild master at the time, had alot of IRL stuff to work on so more or less left the guild to my management, and as seen in previous examples. ( Im not that good at running a guild ) It ended up disbanding due to the fact i didnt want to run a guild alone. And i decided to remake No Hard Feelings. Together with the current guild master and officer team. Then i fell into some personal issues during Antorus progression. And my PC was shit, so i was overall just really frustrated and i had a IRL emergency, which made me unable to play the game.
And returning now me and the officer team didnt see eye to eye.
So here i am, looking for a solid place to raid for BFA.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
Since i know that Inner Sanctum is a place of quality raiding and people.
Why me? With me you get a 110% dedicated player, who is one of the most competitive people you'll ever meet. I always come fully prepared to raids. I'm stable and i love to socialize within the guild, be it pushing m+ keys or what.
Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you? Not that i know of no.
What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
Tumie aka Tumifour on Kazzak EU, was my main during end of MoP and WoD.
My main during most of Legion was Tumirr, and mid ToS i swapped to Tumij.
I must admit most of my past accomplishments being pre MoP is abit of a blur to me.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
As mentioned previously, quality raiding and quality people. Im expecting a chance to fight for my place in your roster. And a solid well prepared officer team.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.
I can attend 100%, one of the primary reasons as to why im applying.
How much do you play outside of raiding times?
I usually spent 90% of my freetime on wow, so alot. Usually 4+ hours outside of raid.
How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Quick learner, competitive and motivated.
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
WA2, Bigwigs, GTFO.

Info about you and what you do when not playing WoW: Well Hello! My names Mathias, i live together with my wife in Denmark, i work in Shipping and Logistics, as a Senior Logistics Manager. I spend most of my time playing wow, and going out with my wife and friends, to have a nice meal, drink and watch some movies. Not necessarily in that order.
