For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft? I have been playing wow since Vanilla, this is my second account, started this account in WOTLK, always kept playing the game.

afther this guild had the arhimonde mythic kill it fell appart,
i joined the raid of a german only guild ( i was the only non german guy) while i was not on there realm. so i kept raiding each week but did not join that guild.

When legion was arround the corner i satrted looking for a new guild and there i found
The Enigma Order - Ravencrest(smalle was GM there)
We had a really nice time over there, cleared good ammount of content but in the end it fell appart,
i was in TEO 1 year and arround 6 months,

Afther this i joined Depthcore- ravencrest

i joined them for the Atorus progress, i was in alot of first kills, but afther 2 months i left them because of in real life issues, (witch are fixed now)

because those issues i just joined ethic-ravencrest as social to have a guild but didnt raid for 2 months,

Then i started to boost +15 keys with a guy called Thatboy, ( playing my Protection Paladin)
and afther a few weeks he contacted me, because he was going to start a new guild called
SéVéN also Ravencrest, and he asked me to join them to help them start up the guild etc etc.

Well there my adventure started with them, on the 6th of march, 2018.
so i went true a small trial period, and afther like 2 weeks i was the first raider in this new guild ( not counting the officers ranks etc)
so basicly this guild started from scretch and i was part of the team building it up and up and up,
i played Prot paladin if they needed a 3rd tank, (mythic portals keeper) played retri if mellee was needed or BM/MM hunter if they needed a ranged dps.
so i felt important and a core member of the guild, when we started progressing Aggramar,
They asked me to be the 3rd tank as prot pala, so i told them afther speaking indept with smalle that this was going the wrong way, of learning the fight ( with only 1 dk tank) and that we can't progress with atleast 2 blood dk's.
so afther 20 pulls as prot paladin i changed to Ranged dps hunter ( because fatboss guides stated you need atleast 10 ranged people) afther like 100 wipes on my hunter, the guild asked questions why we need 10 ranged people like fatboss suggested, and i started to play retri paladin for the BOW for more mana, so i played 20 more wipes and we finnaly had the boss close to a kill Sub 10% wipes ( 140 wipes in )
When a new raid day was comming up, when suddenly out of nowere i was set to the bench litterly 5 minutes before the raid started, ( i was never on the bench before since i was 100% attending and always usefull) so i said to the raidleader and a dutch officer i was really shocked about this and to be honnest quit dissapointed, because a kill was also arround the corner, so i said that i didnt like the way they put me on the bench( we had a rule you should know 24 hours before hand if you were benched) this escelated afther the raid, and i was told to leave the guild.

how did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
Last week Smalle contacted me true Bnet, asking me if i already had plans for BFA, stating his new guild Inner Sanctum starting recruitment.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
Basicly i was searching for a new guild, when Smalle did message me that is the reason i apply,
ofcourse i was already searching for a new guild, but didnt know what to look for,
afther a chat with smalle he confinsed me to apply here, you guys have a nice history and looks like a stable team to continue progressing mythic raids in BFA,
I also heared you have strong leaderschip, something i like in guilds.

Why should you accept me,
I like to think i'm a teamplayer that fills the role the team/guild need,
Next tot hat i'm a guy that attend close to 95% if not 100% ( real life sometimes goes in front but i always try to plan arround raid nights)

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?
Like mentioned before i only know Smalle, he was my old GM in a previous guild, he will vouch for me, do he might aswell tell you some lesser points of me.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
a stable raiding team, able to reach cutting edge, and i heared you are going for realm top 5.

Yes,

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.
Yes, i'm the guy that like to have a high attendence.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
A really decent ammount, witch i think you can tell by looking at my /played listed above.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Motivated player,
Teamplayer,
and to be honnest i don't care about High logs ( especially on progress) i just want the boss down, and if that mend wearing prydaz, i didn't care at all.

Your old ui makes me want to drink shampoo, why would you include it
If you're applying as a hunter, please understand that there's extremely low chances for you to play SV here in a raiding capacity.

I understand that you recruit a Hunter as ranged DPS, so i wont mind playing MM/BM.
Do if SV turns out to be way superior you might concinder it, and i just wanne let you know i dont mind trying it out.

No, if it was superior we would get a melee to reroll or recruit one.

We have decided to not offer you a trial spot. We talked about it for a while but you don't fit what we are looking for.
