For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft? Since TBC. I did play in a buggy private server in Vanilla but it wasn't anything like it.
Total played time:475 days on my rogue, around 520 roughly across all characters.
Time played on current character in current expansion:95 days.
Guild and raid infoPrevious guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:In Legion I was playing casually until Antorus, coming back every time there was new content, pugging the raids most of the time and then stopping again.
I cleared Heroic EN with a casual raiding guild called Aerithium, which had no attendance requirement, anyone could join their raids whenever they pleased if they had sufficient gear. Beyond that I stayed as a social, until I was removed for inactivity at some point between 7.2 and 7.2.5.
In February when I resubscribed, I was feeling nostalgic towards raiding in a more serious manner. I was undergeared so I joined the casual team of Raiding Academy. Eventually I was promoted to their Mythic raiding team. We achieved 8/11 on Mythic, but soon after many of the core raiders stopped playing and the team disbanded. Only the casual team remained but they were way behind progress, so I left the guild.
I contacted my old friend Sharise, whom I raided with in Cataclysm and early MoP. I joined his guild, Bad Alts, and we cleared 11/11 Mythic Antorus (however I wasn't there for Coven and Aggramar, I joined when they were progressing on Argus). Currently we haven't been able to reclear again, only managed to clear 6/11 the past two weeks, mostly because some of our core raiders aren't here, we're testing out new trials and generally speaking some people lost interest after we killed Argus, which is understandable, the new expansion is very close (I think Derlon knows about our current situation better than me ;p). The reason why I want to leave with my main is because I want to raid in a more hardcore environment, in a guild with more raiding days.
How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?I've known about Inner Sanctum ever since I transferred from Nagrand to Silvermoon at the end of WotLK, it was one of the top raiding guilds in the world at that time I believe.
Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?Like I mentioned above, I've known this guild for a very long time and I hope I have what it takes to be a part of it. I can offer very high attendance, a serious attitude towards raiding and the ability to take criticism, which would help me improve.
Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?I know Derlon, who is our raid leader in Bad Alts, and Astramoon. I hope they would vouch for me

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?My raiding experience is entirely on my rogue.
I bought the game in TBC around 2.1 I believe. We cleared Karazhan, Gruul's lair, Magtheridon, Zul'Aman, 5/6 SSC, 3/4 TK, 4/5 Hyjal and 7/9 BT before the nerf patch came. After that we killed every boss in those raids and then started progressing in Sunwell, but Wotlk came soon after.
When Wotlk came out we cleared Naxx, Malygos and Sartharion with 2 of the mini bosses up on 25 man before Ulduar, didnt manage kill him with 3 up, because we disbanded. In Ulduar I joined a more hardcore guild, we were raiding both 10 and 25 man. We killed every boss on hardmode on 10 man before the next raid, except Algalon and 0 keeper Yogg-saron. We also did 10 man Glory of the Ulduar Raider. I believe we were one of top 3 guilds on Nagrand at that time. At some point during Trial of the Crusader my guild disbanded, I joined another one and we cleared it on 10 man heroic but soon after I had to quit WoW because of school. I came back during the summer but my guild had become very hardcore and since I didn't have any experience in ICC they didn't want to accept me back, so I transfered with some of the old officers and friends to Silvermoon, reformed the guild and eventually killed every boss on heroic 10 man except LK before Cata.
A month or two after Cata was released we disbanded and I joined Starlight, which was a 25 man raiding guild and one of the top guilds on the realm. We managed to be 5/6 BWD, 2/5 BoT and 1/2 TotFW on heroic before the next patch came out. We were 6/7 in Firelands and we couldn't manage to kill Ragnaros on heroic, even though we were very close (I believe some us killed him on 10 man heroic soon after Dragon Soul came out). We cleared Dragon Soul on heroic, managed to get 7th place on the realm and even started selling heroic boosts.
In MoP I cleared all the raids on normal and 5/6 in Mogu'shan vaults heroic. A bit before we killed the Four Kings I told Sharise that I wanted to quit WoW, I had been raiding for years and I wanted to take a break. I barely played after that, I only did Throne of Thunder on LFR lul and cleared Siege of Orgrimmar on Mythic with some ex-members of Starlight, I believe the raid was nerfed at that time so it wasn't very hard.
In Draenor I still didn't play much, only cleared Highmaul on normal with pugs, maybe killed a few bosses on heroic, I don't remember. I completely missed Blackrock Foundry. I pugged normal Hellfire Citadel and killed the first 6-7 bosses on Heroic.
In Legion I cleared EN on Heroic. Didn't do ToV at all when it was current content. Cleared Nighthold on Heroic and first 3 bosses on Mythic with pugs. Only cleared ToS on Normal once or twice when it came out with a pug (I've been doing 6/9 Mythic runs for a few months now, trying to get a titanforged 2 set for Subtlety and the trinket from Sisters, which is very good for M+, never lucky though). Currently "11/11" Antorus Mythic, haven't managed to kill Coven and Aggramar yet, like I mentioned before.
What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum:What I'm looking for in Inner Sanctum is a guild that has high standards for raiding and the motivation to clear the current raid tier on Mythic before the next one comes out, in a friendly and stress free environment.
Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?Yes and yes.
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.My attendance should be close to 100% and if something unexpected comes up I'll notify you as soon as possible. So far that hasn't happened though, haven't missed a raid since I started raiding again in February.
How much do you play outside of raiding times?I'm online pretty much every day in my free time, so if there's a way to improve my character for raiding, like checking the logs or acquiring additional gear, I will do it. I like pushing Mythic+ keys, boosting +15 keys for gold or just do lower ones for fun with friends. I also like to play on my alts and do some Antorus runs and M+.
How would you describe yourself as a raider?I've been raiding since TBC, so I have a lot of experience being in a raiding environment. I'm quick to learn the mechanics whenever we are progressing on a boss. I don't whine when we're wiping a lot on a difficult boss and I try to give feedback if I see a way we can improve. I try to the best of my ability to master my character, adapt as fast as possible to any changes and learn from my mistakes.
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?I use DBM, TellMeWhen, Details, MSBT, Z-perl and WeakAuras.

Info about you and what you do when not playing WoW:Currently I'm studying computer science and having the time of my life (not really). Besides WoW I enjoy playing other games. I've played a lot of CSGO, a bit of Starcraft 2, Dota 2, Overwatch, PUBG and many other shooters and RPGs.
