How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
I used to play on Silvermoon, so from that and Wowprogress.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
Inner Sanctum has a rich history of being cutting edge for Mythic progression. I know this from a) being on Silvermoon briefly and b) looking through wowprog history. The raid days are good for me and what I currently (was) raiding on. I also want a guild that will clear the content in a decent time, to then farm content. I enjoy raiding, thats why I play the game. I put a lot of effort into ensuring I am playing my class to its full potential. Most time spent outside of the game and related to Wow is looking up external sources on how to improve, some examples can be found below. I have a range of raiding experience at Mythic level, which can be seen in the below section.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
My raiding experience has varied between classes and expansions. During WoTlK I progressed ICC HC (old Mythic) as a Boomkin until Putricide, where I then took a break for education. I returned in MoP where I played more casually until SoO as a Warlock, where I achieved 10/13 HC pre patch. Following this I have played the game off and on until Legion, due to job progression. My most notable experience comes in the current tier, with 10/11M and 20% best pull on Argus.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum:
I expect a chill environment with seasoned pro's who have been there and done it all before. I expect to clear content in a good time and with efficiency. Cool heads as wipes are apart of progress and people who don't "Burn" so easy.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids? Yes

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week:
My raid attendance should be near 100%. Why will it not be 100%? My job involves me to travel and in cases stay overnight (I am a trainer). This means on occasions I may be away on a raid night, however this does not happen often and normally I can dictate when and where I go. Of course the other being pre booked holidays and vacations.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
This depends on how well my class is prepared. If I still need to farm content to advance my character, I will play as much as possible. If in times like now, where my character has basically reached its peak and the content is finished, I will log for raids and that pretty much it.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Adaptive, ambitious, competitive (in a non dick way) and a quick learner. I also do not shy away from mistakes, if I make one I won't blame lag.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
I use weakauras when required for boss mechanics, Details, BigWigs, ElvUI,

Info about you and what you do when not playing WoW:
I'm 22 years old and currently live in the UK where I work as a training consultant for various different clients. That's the boring part... Most of my time spent outside of WoW is either with friends, playing football or socializing in some form. I play with the pure aim to raid at the highest level possible, therefore try to be as efficient as possible with my time spent in game. This somewhat reflects my attitude in raids, I like to have a laugh, as long as there is clear progression and not wasting time. Very easy going and can take any kind of humor, dry is often the best.

Hi,

As far as we can tell, you generally do not see out tiers while current, unless you change mains, or have an alt that has cleared the content (while current).

Can you explain why this is? For instance, 5/9 tomb, didn't do hard bosses. No NH etc this expansion on warlock, but it could just be that you did more on another character?

We are not interested in recruiting people who will drop out when we hit actual progression bosses.

Lastly, can you please talk about other guilds you have raided in, in Legion? What happened with them, and why did you leave?

Hi,

Of course, let me explain. Up until Legion I have played the game more casually due to studies and moving between jobs etc. In Legion I returned to the game but did not want to commit to anything until I knew I would have a stable raiding schedule (completing my diploma in qualifications, CIPD if you're interested , which came around mid tomb - this is why you will not see any real progress before this point.

At the time I was playing with friends of whom I left to start playing at a more competitive level. I joined Seren Draenor near the end of tomb (they were 7/9) with the intention to clear until KJ, unfortunately they ran into roster issues and got stuck at Mistress (hence the 5/9). I stayed with them during Antorus where I achieved 4/11 with them, before again roster issues. At this point I moved to Nelivia where I have been since.

My long term goal is aimed at BFA, as its only this last tier and parts of tomb (following the things mentioned above) I have been able to commit to what is needed, and somewhat proved capability in Antorus with MANY pulls on the end bosses.

We think that while your ambition is high, that is fairly natural, but is not matched by any real proof of ability during progress.

While you have explained your irl situation and we understand the absence of progression raiding, there is no guarantee, bar your word, that you won't stick around for the entire tier. This would be problematic for us, therefore we don't think that we're the right guild for you.
