Everything before Legion was pure pvp and casually raiding.
in Legion I came back with an appetite to raid. Joined a Semi-hardcore Casual [Exploding sheep] guild for TOS achieving 5/9 Mythic.
Appetite grew more for Antorus raid, and I took it up a notch and joined a 3-day raiding [Dragon Order] guild that still considers it self "Semi hardcore" and achieved 10/11
I recently left my guild due to some members burning out, or even leaving. Which resulted in no raids.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
A raid group that already did it homework, people who can play their class, and finally a good time at it.

Yes
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.
With the times listed in wowprogress, there is no issue for me not attending them all.
How much do you play outside of raiding times?
A lot, I have many alts at the highest levels I like to explore and play with.
I also test the beta just in case i want to switch classes, (not planning to, but open for it on a ranged dps)
How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Competitive, goal oriented, ill go in the pods if no one wants to ... lol
