Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
Its been a lot so i will only mention the guilds that i have been with my rogue during legion:

Genesis(EN): I joined here when legion launched. Left after a while(@Cenarius Mythic) because of loot cliques between officers depriving raiders and trials from contributing decently to progress.

No Hard Feelings(Late EN(M)-ToV(HC)):Guild was fine but at some point many core raiders left or took a break so they didn't raid for some time and i left(now they have reformed i think).

Same: I joined them 1-2 weeks after ToV release, stayed for a couple of weeks but at that time I was feeling really burnt out from the AP grind etc. and i took a break from wow. Came back at late NH but their roster was full and couldn't afford me a raiding spot.

Almost Heroes(early ToS): Ill just state that officers weren't experienced at leading a raid.

Balanced(ToS/ATBT): I joined Balanced for these tiers and I am still here. Some of the best people we had of the core team left during Argus progression and some will leave before BfA for Kazaak-EU so i am thinking of finding a new home.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
Mostly wowprogress.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
The reasons are many. The primary reason is that you only raid 2days/week and having that rank means that you are a no nonsense guild when it comes to progression, meaning that the raids are fluid and the learning curve of the raid is exceptional. Killing a boss after 600+ attempts because the raid has wiped on every possible mechanic scenario does not bring me any kind of satisfaction. I want a guild that everyone knows exactly what they are doing and during raids we are only fixing the details of the fight instead of learning the mechanics from scratch. I am most motivated when it comes to maximizing progression/raidtime spent, rather than progressing only because of the sheer amount of wipes. I want to believe that i got the same mindset towards raiding as you.

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?
I only remember DKStomper I believe we raided together in a guild name Origin on silvermoon back in 2015(WoD). I was playing my druid Kynaris if he remembers me.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?

Throughout my raiding "carrier" i had had "cutting edge" experience in the following tiers:
TIER 9(10-man): tribute to mad skill with 49 attempts remaining.
TIER 10:Icc 10+25 + Ruby sanctum 10+25.
TIER 11-TotFW-BWD-BOT all on heroic except Sinestra.
TIER 12: Firelands Cutting edge.
TIER 13 Dragon Soul Cuttin Edge.
TIER 16: Siege Of Orgrimmar 25 player Cutting edge and 13/14 M on 10 player.
TIER 17: Highmaul cutting edge + Blackrock Foundry 7/10M(was in a 2 day/week guild back then).
TIER 18: Hellfire Citadel cutting edge.
TIER 19: EN Cutting Edge with world ranking around 400 and ToV HEROIC with world rank around 250. I wasn't raiding at NH.
TIER 20: ToS 8/9M.
TIER 21: ATBT cutting edge. Missing Aggramar Mythic because i missed the kill raid and then we extended on Argus for 2 months.


What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
Maximum performance/raiding time spent.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Of course.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.
I never miss raids unless I have a really good reason. No i don't mind raiding 3 days/week.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
As much as its needed in order to get the best resources possible for the raids. I am only logging outside raid times if i got a specific thing to do or to farm. I am not the kind of player that you will see 24/7 online because I don't like the burnout, but outside of raiding I always analyze logs and do research on my class so that i might find some things to improve on that i had not thought about.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Dedicated, knowledgeable, self-inspecting. I always take initiatives for things i can do that will help the raid in an encounter without having to be told. I read the tactics not only for the meele dps but also for healers and tanks so for example during Argus mythic progression i was tracking the frontal 180 degree tank cone cooldown of the boss so that in case 2 dps got rage and were on the same foot I would be able to go to the other foot without passing from the raid and not getting hit by the cone. Another example is on Kin'Garoth i will pop feint and/or other personals if needed depending on the scenario when the tanks are about to soak 2-3 balls without expecting the healers to keep me alive. I do everything my class and spec can provide to help in the raids. I don't even care about the logs if that means that the boss will die.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
Bartender, Details, Exorsus Raid Tools, NugComboBar, NugEnergy, OmniCC, Quartz, Shadowed Unit Frames, TellMeWhen, TidyPlates, WeakAuras 2, DBM.

I study Electrical and Computer Engineering so mostly I read. Other than that i watch series/movies and sometimes play hots or some single player games like Witcher etc. when Im bored. I am a real wow lore and speculation addict lately so i watch nobbel and pyromancer videos on yt. I also watch BfA beta rogue streamers. On weekends I mostly hang out with friends or my gf so I am trying to strike a balance between games/social life/university/sleep but I mostly fail on the sleep part.

Yes of course, though the toon is still left at lvl 100 from WoD but i don't mind, to be honest I missed my druid.

As we have just accepted another rogue, we cannot offer you a trial at this time as we are pretty full on melee. If you balance druid was in a position to demonstrate if you could be the right person for us, we'd offer you an extended trial on that, but as it is not, at this time your application won't result in a trial.
