For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft? Since June 2016.

Total played time: roughly 120 days I think, so quite a lot, considering I've been playing for only 2 years.

Guild and raid info
Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
Faster Than Lag (Chamber of Aspects - Alliance) - my first guild ever, did 1/7M in EN.
Adrastus (Draenor - Horde) - basically FTL transferred to Draenor - Horde. The guild disbanded in January 2017.
Fifth Sin (Draenor - Horde) - lovely guild, great people. Left due to IRL issues (2 months absence in wow).
Paltkoma (Silvermoon) - let's call it a fresh start. Came back Alliance and joined for social purposes. Left in search of something better (with a tank spot available, too)
Raid Cat (Silvermoon) - my current guild. Pretty awesome, but due to issues with forming a mythic roster, I haven't been on a mythic raid for over a month and it's quite painful for me!

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
Why Inner Sanctum? You have a long history, so I can assume you're stable. You have a steady progress, so I can assume you're systematic. You have Cutting Edge, so I can assume you know what you're doing. You have 205 unique players (according to wowprogress), so I can assume you have a great atmosphere.
With all those assumptions, the true question is: hell, why not!
Why you should accept me: another assumption. I think you're looking for an eager, stable, serious and calm player. That's basically who I am, or at least try as hard as I can to be. Sure, I'm not perfect, I sometimes make my mistakes, but I think I'm really worth a try.

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?
Unfortunately I don't.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
As fire mage: 1/7M EN (first raid ever), 4/10M NH (switched to vDH mid NH)
As veng DH: 8/10M NH, 7/9M ToS, 1/11M Antorus (left in December 2017, before we even had the chance to go any further)
As prot pala: 2/11M Antorus (as I previously said, issues forming a mythic roster = no raids = no real Antorus experience)
Sadly my raid experience in Antorus is rather weak, but I consider my overall experience pretty good and I'm 100% eager to make up all the time I lost as soon as possible! (Checking out logs, videos, etc)

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum
From raiding: steady progress in a friendly atmosphere.
In general: I'm REALLY hoping to find a new home.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Well, I'm a tank - of course I have and of course I make use of it.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.
Sure! Back when I was playing veng DH, my attendance was nearly 100%. I think I missed only 2-3 raids in 8 months.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?
A lot, but not all of this time is "productive". When I'm hell bent on getting something (feeling my gear needs upgrades or I want a particular lege), I do everything I can to do it. However, I don't farm m+ like a mad man, I don't want to burn out. I'm online for most of the day though, even if it's just AFK in Dala or farming mounts, usually ready to do stuff.
Recently I started soloing stuff just for the lulz, for example I recorded a video of soloing Skorpyron https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LBwuZgF8ldc and soloing DHT +15 on Tyrannical https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IQht5OyMEHM - no reason to do it other than pure fun while mastering my class.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Calm, stable and focused. I don't let myself be distracted or annoyed by anything. When I do something, I'm fully focused on doing it properly. Also, I always try to come up with new ideas how to deal with particular mechanics, using all the tricks that my class has.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
DBM, ElvUI, ExRT, Recount, Decursive, WeakAuras2, Omen3 are the most important, but I'm pretty sure I missed something.

We have decided against offering you a trial at this time. We are really looking for someone exceptional who has demonstrated this at a hard progress level throughout the expansion and good examples of this are killing Avatar / KJ when current from the last tier, and killing Aggramar and Argus from this tier, which you have not done.
