Guild and raid infoPrevious guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:Raiding Academy - Draenor, first raiding guild, left because I was not happy just clearing heroic and wanted to do mythic.
Winging It - Silvermoon, guild fell apart in EN due to officiers dissapearing.
Shadow Something - Draenor, guild stopped raiding due to officiers stated they were no longer going to play wow.
Failures - Silvermoon, guildmerge happend due to lack of people, merge did not work and most people from Failures left.
Remnant - Silvermoon, guild disbanded / stopped raiding due to lack of raids.
Vortex - Silvermoon, joined after Remnant disbanded with 3 others. Did not like the guild environment on many levels.
How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?Raiding on Silvermoon, you know the name Inner Sanctum as one of the top guilds here.
Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?I want to raid at a high level, you can expect me to handle special mechanics and I have high attendance and will always communicate if I cannot be there. A lot of friends have recently joined which made this an even better option.
Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?I know everyone that joined from Remnant and I'm sure they will.
What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?Started my raiding in HFC with a heroic guild, in Legion I killed 3 or 4 bosses until I took a break from raiding due to too many guilds disbanding. (I was new and didn't know any better). In NH I did 5/10. Most of these guilds were wolrd rank ~2000. At the start of TOS is where I joined Remnant and have been raiding since without break. We cleared 9/9M, now 10/11 with about 100 wipes on Argus with Remnant and 100 with Vortex.
What do you expect from raiding in Inner SanctumI expect a good environment both inside and outside raid hours aswell as some good ol mythic progress.
Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?Yes and yes.
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week.Yes, I don't have much going on irl so I'm unlikely to miss out on raids.
How much do you play outside of raiding times?The first months after a patch I usually spend every available hour in wow. In droughts like these it waries, at the very least I do dailies/weeklies on main and possibly a couple alts. Also depends a lot on how much my guildmates play.
How would you describe yourself as a raider?Very interested and invested in the game, respectful towards others. If I feel like I know something that would help the raid I will suggest it. Well prepared in terms of consumeables, video watching and read up. Always on time.
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?Mainly Weakauras and Bigwigs but I also have exorsus raidtools, angryassignments, details and simulationcraft.
