Total played time: 10 years (mained tank up untill Nighthold, rerolled to dps once my previous guild disbanded) Time played on current character in current expansion: 17 days (Rerolled to warlock at the end of TOS) Guild and raid info Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them: Northstar (Ravencrest Alliance)  played with these guys since the begining of TOS, finished the teir off, but had to leave due to work schedual changing, but still wanted to continue to raid so i looked else where who was recruitingThe High Council (Ragnaros Horde) Applied to these guys where they where only intrested in my warlock (hence the reroll) i was more than happy to reroll as i have no issue playing what is needed for the guild, im currently still in this guild, but i find it hard to manage irl and turn up for the raids that they have set so early, 6:15 uk time is tough for me  How did you hear about Inner Sanctum? I was searching WoWProgress, noticed you guys were recruiting, im pretty sure a friend of mine used to be with you guys, a Demon hunter called Jodz Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU? Inner sanctum to me comes across as a motivated team of players who are looking to clear content, i feel im a very motivated play and always see room for improvement in my self, id like to excel in my learning and understanding with you guys, i see myself as someone who never misses a raid day, and is always on time, even as i stated above even tho my current guild is a early time for me ive never missed a raid that im needed for. (i feel im a very loyal guildie once im suited to a guild) Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you? i dont think i know any of your current memebers just the one guy jodz, im not sure if hes still with you guys. What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)? Vanilla Missed out on this expansion raiding due to age and focus issues, (being pretty young)TBC Entered my first raiding experiance where we cleared everything at a steady casual paceWoTLK Join Elusive (Terans Alliance) - Cleared all content at a speedy pace at Heroic mode 25manCata Joined Bloodlines (Terenas Alliance) - Cleared all content and managed to get servers 3rd on Deathwing 25man hcMOP Cleared all on HC (never got around to clearing Soo on Mythic.WOD took a break at the begining, still kept up with the Ahead of the Curve achieve, created a guild towards start of HFC, where we cleared 12/13mythic on a saturday/Sunday raiding schedual.Legion Continued with my own guild at the start, where we got 5/7 mythic in EN in a few weeks, i had an accident at work which made me loose 50% use in my left hand after going through 5 surgeries i was suffering with some irl depression, which affected my raiding, and ended up disbanding, i then got into a friends guild where we cleared 9/10mythic Nighthold, 7/9mythic tos and currently sat at 9/11mythic AntorusWhat do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum? i dont expect much from anyone, but im a huge fan of outside of raiding mythic+ it would be nice to run some high keys from time to time with guildies, as for raiding, aslong as nothings extreamly toxic ill never have an issue Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids? yes, i have no issue, ill call what im asked to with no fuss. Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance). Be aware! In BfA We're returning back to 3 days a week. i will never miss a raid, as your guilds raid times are perfect for me, but i will always let the officers / raid leader know 1 week in advance if im going to be late on a certain day / be a no show. How much do you play outside of raiding times? How would you describe yourself as a raider? Loyal, Dedicated, Always trying to improve ! What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
