Guild and raid info
Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them: The reason why I am wanting to join a newer guild is mainly down to I dislike the amount of effort that my guild is putting into raiding, although I knew from the start it wasn't amongst the top guilds on the realm, it upsets me to see half the raid team only logging for raids and spending the rest of the time on their alts, I feel as if little to 0 progression goes into their characters unless it is raid time, and if they are looking to progress I feel that is the wrong attitude to have towards it. Also I am wanting a more consistent guild, as although we currently have multiple kills on High Command, Eonar and Portal Keeper each time we get to them on the clear run it feels like it is progression all over again.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum? I heard about Inner Sanctum from WoWProgress

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU? Although I currently have a lot of time, Inner Sanctum is a 2 day raiding guild of which I am looking to secure myself a place in, I think you should accept me because I am always looking to further myself, in and out of game. I feel this is a good quality to have as it means I can take feedback well and use it to improve myself further.

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you? I do not.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)? During HFC which was the first time I truly raided, I achieved 5mythic kills, During EN I made it up to Cenarius but as Nighthold was soon approaching I had to take a break due to some IRL issues, I came back to the game to weeks into antorus and am currently 5/11M

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum: I expect other players to be putting in a near equal amount of effort preparing for raids, as well as people actually caring about progressing and not just turning up for a social event. Those places should exist but not within progression runs.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?, I do have a microphone and I am willing to use it.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance) I can attend all of the raid times listed, and should have no reason at all to miss them.

How much do you play outside of raiding times? I'm quite an active player outside of raiding times. I like to push myself in M+, If any of Inner Sanctum's members use premade groups to form M+ teams I'm sure they would have seen me around.

How would you describe yourself as a raider? I would describe myself as a relaxed but alert raider. I like to put in my full effort and feel myself often disheartened if my logs do not show my effort.
