I saw your realm's first KJ Mythic pop up in general chat :D, jk, i've been monitoring wowprogress for potential guilds :)

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
My goal in this game is to become the best I can be, Inner Sanctum will help me achieve that because they are the best on this Realm.

I am dedicated to reach this goal and will do my best to compete with anyone who's ahead of me.

Mythic raiding though, it's not about personal progress. It's about bonding with people and teamwork, without a clear vision about raiding there is no reason to raid. For me raiding is about helping eachother and clearing the hardest content there is, together. I know I can help Inner Sanctum achieve that and Inner Sanctum can help me achieve my goal.

I don't know anyone from Inner Sanctum.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?

I started raiding seriously in Legion, before i was spending my time inside the arena.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?

Yes

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance)

I can attend all raids without concern.

How much do you play outside of raiding times?

I play everyday, got nothing else to do :P.

How would you describe yourself as a raider?

Calm, thoughtful, adaptive, patient, on point.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
I run DBM, Bartender 4, WA's.

Next tier, the team which achieved world rank 142 this tier, will be playing far more casually on a two day schedule and is not currently recruiting.

The other team, which achieved rank 420, will continue to raid 3 days per week and be progress oriented.

Whichever way you look at it, we probably aren't the guild which will be "the best" on this realm next tier.
