For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft? Vanilla WoW release (not alpha/beta vanilla).

Guild and raid info
Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them: Earliest to Latest
Darkstorm (DS): Joined the guild in BRF and raiding with them until the guild disbanded in ToS, on FA. A truly amazing guild and an amazing atmosphere. It is a shame the guild disbanded.

Echoes: Joined these with some fellow DS raiders after DS disbanded but didn't like playing Priest and felt the guild was too try hard for their work ranking - this is my opinion and no reflection on the guild.

Nova: I got offered to join this guild and accepted, but I felt that their raiding times - after actually doing them - as well as their overall guild ethos, while admirable, is not something I was fully able to commit to. Also with my future absenses (below) I felt I wouldn't actually see any progress with the guild, so thought it was rather pointless to stay and effectively just be used to get their raiders more loot.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum? Tiggi

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU? I want to join IS because the raiding hours are suitable towards me and from what I've heard the raiding atmosphere is very chilled out and very fun. That's what I'm looking for. I think IS should accept me because firstly I'm a very great healer and secondly I'm extremely reliable. My attendance across BRF > ToS in DS was 92.6%. I think that speaks volumes, and DS (at times, to my disliking) went very try hard.

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you? Tiggi

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
Every raid tier cleared except Cata raids while I was at university. I have done KJ mythic on both priest (holy) and monk (mistweaver). I did Gul'dan on priest (during progression) and did Cenarius/Xavius playing my monk during progression.

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum? I answered this above in part, but to complete that all I'm looking for is a guild which commits to the raid hours they say. A guild that is chilled out and fun to raid with and an atmosphere that is friendly and welcoming.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids? Yes, I'm not afraid to speak up.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance) Yes (but absenses below).

How much do you play outside of raiding times? I'll typically do Argus invasions and world quests, and other than that I'll typically do M+ across my 4 healers every week and then that is kind of it.

How would you describe yourself as a raider? I'm an aggressive healer, by that I mean I push my spec to do the maximum possible HPS it can do. That means I will take risks and I make mistakes, but it's how I've always played my monk. An example would be on FA, instead of moving and kiting the Unbound Chaos I use Transcendence and Chi Torpedo so I don't have to move and can keep healing. Another would be Mistress Sassz'ine where I will wait until the last possible moments to Chi Torpedo or Transcendence out of the Crashing Wave, all in the name of maximising my HPS. I do this because I think it's fun!

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance? WAs, ERT, Skada, Clique, custom raid frames.

I mentioned about my absenses, and that is what I want to disclose here. I am going on holiday 26th November to 1st December so would miss your Wednesday raid when Heroic Antorus releases. Further, the work Christmas party has been scheduled for 13th December which is a Wednesday - the 2nd mythic reset so I would miss that raid too. Additionally, I would be Christmas Eve, Day, Boxing Day (24-26th December) and very likely 27th too. I am also away 31st December/1st January.
