1) PERSONAL INFORMATION
A. Personal Name * Cristina Vacchini
B. Age and Gender * 30ish, Female
C. Where are you from? * I’m Swiss-Italian but I live in Italy now. I was raised in the USA from 0 to 9 years old due to my parent’s job, which involved a lot of travelling

2) YOUR CHARACTER
A. Server * Zenedar
B. Character Name * Aleph
C. Class * Priest (Main spec Holy)
D. Anything else you would like to mention about your character to make it shine? * Game-wise I can add I have all the holy legendaries, 4 discipline and 2 shadow ones and all in-game enchanting recipes

E. Link your characters armory page * https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/chara ... edar/aleph

F. For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft, how did you know of IS and related questione *
I've been playing since day 1, and knew you since then; i was actually on silvermoon, in rejects. Total played time on first account was 4 years, on this one is a bit less than 1 year

G. Alts? * I only got other priest alts (alliance and transferrable if needed)..And I’m fine with using my priest over and over in split runs.
On my previous account I had Pve raiding experience with my alt Mage, Warlock, Priest and also Druid. Coming to Pvp experience with arena ranking above 2k I had this only with my Lock and disc Priest. I have leveled almost all other classes to the level cap but I didn’t really raid with them as they weren’t my favorite.

H. Any raiding experience on these? * Yes, I’ve raided with all my off specs and, I must add, with a friend’s frost mage alt in EN and NH Mythic.

3) IN-GAME & PERFORMANCE INFORMATION
A. Playing times: Online every day usually from 13 to 1. I am offline usually only for my yoga class twice a week and my daily work with patients(I’m a psychotherapist)which can take up to a few hours per day *

B. Previous Guild(s) * Recent ones are Aeon (Twilight’s Hammer) Darkstorm (Zenedar) [was in Luce Draenor before]

C. Reason for leaving previous Guild(s) * I left Luce because, back then, I had to take a break due to irl issues and when I got back my spot for Mythic raiding was taken; I am planning to move from Aeon because its performance has dropped a lot in the last few months and I really like competitive playing and top guild-ranking challenges. Choosing to g-quit hasn’t been an easy choice at all, but we got to the point where we’re starting raids 20 minutes late, we have people not showing up or afking 10 minutes during raids. And it has been going on for months now. Plus, in the recent weeks, guild drama has popped up such as a couple girls getting “close” with multiple guys and then them arguing..really cba.

D. Previous PVE-experience (Vanilla-TBC-WotLK-Cataclysm-MoP-WoD-Legion) *
My wow history is long, intricate and somehow still “emotional” for me. I will try to briefly explain what I went through the years. I made a day 1 warlock and played with that on Kul'tiras, it was December 2004. I casually joined a guild named Fury as a social member and then rolled an undead priest, Soter renamed later in Ayael, because they needed a healer. I found myself comfortable with that role and went on with that until present time. The guild core in 2005ish splitted and moved to Silvermoon as Rejects, it was the first free server transfers Blizzard offered due to login queues in “full” realms. With both those guilds we cleared all vanilla content up to KT, which we didn’t kill (we did all AQ though and Viscidus as well). With the new expansion the guild broke apart because not many wanted to play hardcore anymore so I moved to Precedent, which was a guild on Nordrassil. There we cleared all TBC content up to full Bt clear, then it was summer and guild started to break apart, no raids, no people, quitters etc so I moved to Wrath guild on Shadowsong and there remained until full wotlk clear on hc mode ICC included of course). It was then 2011, almost 6 years I had been playing the game hardcore style (we raided usually MINIMUM 5 days per week from 20 to 00 st, my attendance was close to 95% and many ingame players became by that time some sort of real life friends. We shared each other’s phone numbers, we sometimes went to meetings around Europe etc),but I had some serious irl issues and I couldn’t go on playing. I was given a really good offer to sell my account and, miserabile dictu, I did. It’s something I still regret as that simple virtual character had been with me through all my university time, a diploma and a mourning. It was april the 27th and /played time was around 3 years. Three whole years of my life spent online, that was a lot..
On February 2011 I was asked to raid again by a friend with his char because his guild needed a priest and he was going on vacation skiing. I wasn’t really keen on that but I did go back for a couple of weeks raiding Cata with his human priest. Useless to say the feelings of oldschool playtime came back. It was like driving a racing car again once you had it taken away from you. I surely wasn’t going to play with someone’s else char so I decided to roll my own new one, trying to make the character race look as much as possible as a horde one: I rolled a Worgen, Elemyah. The new guild’s name was Rebel Knights, on the Killrogg server. With them I got back to some sort of hardcore raiding (or so they defined it this way), 5 days a week, clearing what was there to be killed. I remained in the guild for over a year, then when summer came, as every year happens, many people left, the core raiders went on vacation and expansion was at the gates. My toughts on the expansion weren’t really “cheerful”, the idea of pandas and oriental-style things all over the place wasn’t suiting my likings. Although I was then on Draenor to play casual with a friend and then joined Luce’s roster to go back raiding once a week as social. I shouldn't have done that as i started to want to raid seriously more and more every day from that moment. I then moved to become a raider where we cleared WoD raids, but due to irl issues (parents got divorced, broke up with bf and also had to change apartment so..bleah..) I had to take a few months break and when I came back my spot was taken by another holy priest, so I looked for another guild and joined Aeon which cleared everything in Legion on Mythic level in a decent time pre-nerfs (only augur kill was after first hp nerf). Then guild went casual so moved to Darkstorm which also is now sort of casual raiding so i just went social but i am looking to keep on raiding).

E. Describe your role in raids, what kind of player are you? *

I can say I've always been passionate in guild achievements farming, I used to play a lot to reach out for server firsts, I know how to stay benched and let others take my spot when it’s good to have extra players geared up. I am used to split raiding although I have mostly been doing them over and over on my healing priest as I really want to build the most expertise possible on her. She’s sort of my my alter-ego.. I do have the communication programs such as ts, vent, discord etc and I also use them when required. I feel that a raid group is much like a “being” itself, which you need to learn to understand. I do this by staying in my place and observing how others play, then trying to adapt and fill out their possible weaknesses by sharing my strong points. It’s hard to explain it, but the more time you spend with the same group, the more you get the picture of how it works in your mind. For example, you already know when the player X is going to possibly be in a harmful position, so you are able to prevent him being in danger. Or again you realize someone is not standing in his position and you grip him by simply looking at the screen and recognizing his mog and knowing where he should be. It takes time, but the more you are synergyzing with others as a whole, the faster you’ll down the boss.

F. How much do you play outside of raiding times? I try to be online as much as possible, it's summer now so on free evening i'm most likely out, but with autumn coming i'll be on again more

G. Link to some WOL logs *
NH Mythic log https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/BwvazWyptTcjbPrN
Gul’dan log https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/Jh ... pe=healing
TOS log https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/h3xyW9DZ6YFLVNda

H. What kind of attendance can you sustain in our raids? 100%

I. Screenshot of your in-game UI (Link it - use http://imgur.com) *
http://imgur.com/a/hko2H

J. What addons do you have set up to enhance your performance? Do you use WeakAuras (or likewise addons)?
Grid
Clique
DBM (also have Big Wigs but use dbm as a guild requirement)
PoM tracker
Recount
Raid Assist
WeakAuras
I also tried out some UI modification addons such as ElvUI but actually I’m fine with the basic clean UI
I then have out of raid addons that are not worth of mentioning because they keep track of wq, cords, recipes etc.

K. PTR * No problem at all using it, I love it

4) COMPUTER AND INTERNET INFORMATION
A. Computer specifications *
GR8-T005Z Intel Core i7-7700 Quad Core 3.6 GHz Ram 16GB SSD 256GB Nvidia GeForce GTX1060 3GB

B. Internet-connection? Test selecting Denmark as target says 10 mb download, 2 in upload and 8 ms ping. My provider is Vodafone

C. Do you have issues with D/C due to internet or computer problems? *
No, I don’t

D. Do you have a microphone and are you able to communicate on Teamspeak/discord etc? Yes, I am able to communicate on TS, Vent, Discord or whichever platform you are using

A. Why do you want to join Inner Sanctum? *
I've been knowing you since day 1 and always admired the "professional" approach you have to the game

B. Why should we pick you? *
I guess the quote “bring the player, not the class” is both half true and false. The false side relates to the fact that there are some situations where you benefit more of certain cooldowns or rotations. On the true side I feel I am able to try giving my best as a player and as a person and I am a long-term commitment player. Bring me.

C. What are you goals besides character development in World of Warcraft*
I feel my interest in the game has spread, since vanilla. There are almost infinite elements you could be focusing on ingame but what I’ve been putting my time into is a lot of pet and transmog farming and I filled out my recipes list completely for enchanting and jewel crafting. I am a very ambitious person and my main goal in WoW is streaving to perfection in every aspect I feel I like the most in it.

D. Is there anything you would like to add?
Hoping I’m not off-topic I’d like to add I have a vast experience in communication and public relations management in real life. I would love to spend it for the guild finding interview opportunities on websites, radios and video channels, so to have a chance of being in the media spotlight worldwide. This could bring the guild even more notoriety that it already has. And sponsors, of course ;)

E. Is there anyone in ScrubBusters who can possibly vouch for you? Unfortunately not, but I would be happy to play some alts run or m+ together so you can get to know me a bit better before possibly trialing me
